Strawberry mousse made after own invetion with sweet fresh Swedish strawberrys.
This cake is dairy, wheat and glutenfree and almost sugarfree. (the soy alternative to whipping cream contains sugar*sighs*)
It was heavenly! Perfect dessert for summerdays.
