Name: Cadence Grace Sidra (goes by the nickname “K”)
Birthday: April 11th
Eyes: Ice blue
Hair: Long straight silver hair that goes down slightly past her hips
Skin: A pale cream tone (She burns easy, never tan)
Height: 5 feet 6 inches

Likes: Dancing, Sailor V, Gundams and other animes like it, junk food, action RPGs, the beach
Dislikes: Too much school work (any is too much to her), chores (She'll clean up if needed but hates being told to), hurting others (emotionally and psychically), being told what to do.
Strong Points:
- Optimistic: Or at least she'll rarely let you see her depressed. Even if she is at her breaking point she'll force a smile This can be a weak point at times as well because she may push herself past her limit without anyone knowing never getting any help.
- Enthusiastic: Cadence will give everything she does (other than school) 120%! What's the point of doing something if you are only giving 50% or less? If you give your all or more you'll enjoy it more!
- Courageous: It's not often that that Cadence will hesitate. When she awakened as a senshi she was excited instead of scared. So excited she added the cape and mask to her senshi outfit to be more like her idol Sailor V. Sometimes this is good (It made it easier for Midnight to convince her to fight) but there are times that it had lead to trouble.
- Grace: If all else fails she could try and distract the enemy with her smooth dance moves.
Has Trouble With:
-Short tempered: She won't explode if she is angry, but is very passive. Don't be suprise if she gives someone the silent treatment for over a week. It's pretty easy to set her off by simply not agreeing with her or telling her what to do.
- Impulsive: Acts first and thinks later. Many times she has jumped into a fight with little or no plan. Putting herself in danger more than once.
- Impatient: Cadence will hover over a pot of water while it boils. If success is not immediate, she tends to lose interest and gives up. She has a low tolerance for boredom and a lack of patience. If the excitement is gone from her idea or goal, she will go off and search for it elsewhere

Dream: Short-term: To be a well known choreographer in the dance world Long-term: Rebuild Stellae Cordis someday in the future when she's stronger.

Personality: Cadence is full of extreme emotions. 75% of the time she is full of smiles and rainbows. When she is upset you'll know by the moody aura she gives off. On rare occasions when she is very depressed she's force the cheerful personality tenfold to be sure to not let anyone know how she's feeling.
She's a closet nerd. She is passionate about video games and super heroes. In her room she is usually working on a new Gundam model kit, reading the newest story on Sailor V or grinding in the newest video game. She won't let anyone know her secret hobbies though!

Transformation Phrase: A guiding light shooting through the dark! Make up!
Colors: Bright blue, gray and silver
Outfit Description: It’s very similar to the Sol Fuku. A silver tiara with a light blue star-shaped gem in the center. A gray choker with a blue star gem and silver star shaped earrings. The traditional white leotard, gray sailor collar with a light blue stripe attached to a light blue bow. Her brooch is silver star with different colored sections (from left to right: green, yellow, orange, purple and blue) around a light blue gem (this is also her transformation item). Her back bow is the same shade of blue and is longer than the traditional Sol Fuku bows. The skirt is gray with a blue stripe along the bottom. Elbow Length white gloves and blue heels with ribbons. She has a gray Sailor V mask, just like her idol and a sheer white cape with silver stars on it.

Attack Name: Guiding Shimmering Polaris
Attack Description: Placing her right hand over her heart she draws out a white orb of light. Doing a Soutenu turn, arm in 4th position (right arm up) she lands with her arms outstretched in front of her. Pulling her right arm back stretching the orb so it's like an arrow and she fires it at the target. This attack will purify the target of whatever evil is possessing it or if the target is nothing but evil (like a youmu) it will destroy it.

Attack Name: Sirus La Blinding Bomber!  
Attack Description: One Cosmic's more silly “attacks”. Calling out the attack name Cosmic throws a flash grenade. After sitting there for a few seconds it blows up giving off a blinding light giving Cosmic the chance to run away. She got the name from character out of her favorite manga.

Cosmic also has little silver throwing stars (shaped like actual stars) she uses from time to time.

Mission/History: During the Silver Millennium there was a planet that was the central port for the universe. It was called Stellae Cordis It's duty was to moderate travel and political affairs between planets. A neutral place where all were welcomed. Political disputes had be solved in a civil matter in a conference room. The peace was protected by three senshi, Sailor Midnight Star, Sailor Evening Star, Sailor Morning Star and it's queen, Queen Astera.
This was one of Chaos' early victims.
It's not known how Chaos managed to slip in undetected but she did. In one night the planet was destroyed. Only two people managed escape, Sailor MidnightStar and the young Princess Astera.
Fast forward to modern times in a small coastal town in California. 14 year old Cadence is making her way home from dance class. Her biggest worries? A not-so-good test score and saving up for the next gaming system. She was always fond of super heroes like Sailor V, the last thing expected was to become one herself.
A man attacked her out of the middle of nowhere. Okay maybe not a man, because how many normal humans radiate evil and have dark tendrils coming out of their back? Cadence was cornered against a wall when a black flame shot by and hit the attacker stunning him. Followed by a person shouting “catch!” Cadence had no other choice so she caught the locket that was tossed at her.
A blinding light erupted from the locket the moment it was in her hands. When it faded moments later Cadence was in her Senshi outfit. If it wasn't for the same voice shouting at her to attack she would have been lost in wonder about her sudden transformation. Without hesitation she used her “Guiding Shimmering Polaris” to purify the man.
 
Once the battle was over Cadence could see who the voice was. A young woman in a similar black and gray outfit. The woman walked over and started explaining the situation.
According to this woman (Who introduced herself as MidnightStar), Cadence was Princess Astera of Stellae Cordis reborn on Earth. The evil that destroyed Stellae Cordis had followed them at is out to finish the job. Cadence is the only one who can purify the enemy's victims. Giving herself the name “Sailor Cosmic” and adding a cape and mask to her outfit Cadence is ready to become an ally of justice just like Sailor V.
But is she willing to fight once she finds out the true identity of the enemy?
