General 


  1. Please do not repost the image of the adoptable unless you are the person who purchased it with my permission!! 
  2. You are allowed to alter the design to your liking, but please do not majorly change aspects of the design so it no longer resembles the original adoptable.
  3. 3 If you steal, scam or fail to pay for anything from me or someone else you loose all rights to the characters that were created/designed by me!
  4. It does not matter if the amount I take equals to more than what you refused to pay. I will not want my adoptables in the hands of a scammer. 
  5. If you fail to pay and you owe me or someone else money, any and ALL adoptables you own that were created by me will be repossessed as I will not let my designs/adoptables be in the hands of scammers. The artwork you have or had commissioned of them will not be resold BUT the character itself will NOT belong to you anymore. Neither are you allowed to regift trade or find a way to still have possession of the character through a friend or mutual. It will be revoked from them as well.


REFUND POLICY


  1. I don't do refunds on adopts, because I expect you to understand once you bought it, there are no returns. You should think wisely if you really want this adopt. it is a hassle when I want to buy groceries,supplies,ect, and have someone say they just don't want it anymore, and want their money back. When you're buying an adopt, you're making a commitment, and my policy is once you bought IT'S yours.
EXCEPTIONS ON REFUND POLICY

Failure to make payments will not be on me anymore. If you miss two payments the adopt is canceled. YOU are responsible for making payments during plans and they will be non refundable and the adoptable will be put back up for sale, should you neglect making contact with me! Down payments are non refundable and if you choose to purchase the adoptable you will have to start ALL over again with payments. If you keep doing so you will be blocked.

Example. Me contacting you thrice and you ignoring all of my notes of failing to contact while still shopping/being active on DA ,twitter Instagram ect
If you haven't responded for 2 weeks without a proper reason as of why, the adoptable goes back up. 


Buying/Bidding


  1. TWO STRIKE RULE: I understand that sometimes money matters can be difficult for people, but this does not excuse "bidding because you got carried away". Please treat an auction here on DA as you would on Ebay. Once you put in a bid, you are expected to be able to pay the amount within 24 hours after the auction has ended. Once you place a bid on an adoptable or auction of any kind, you are expected to be able to pay that amount with no problem. You are committing to payment! If you withdrawal from an auction for any reason being the highest bidder, I will be giving you only one more chance until I blacklist you from participating in any of my auctions (including adoptables and commissions) for 6 months. There are absolutely no exceptions.
  2. Please remember that all bids must be in USD! I do not accept points ( Points )! If your native currency is not USD you can use this Currency Converter

Payment


  1. Payment for an adoptable is expected to be made within 24 hours of purchase. Depending on the circumstances, the timeframe may be extended. However, Please contact me before bidding if there are outstanding circumstances that are preventing you from paying within 24 hours. There are some times when I do require payment immediately, and it is extremely inconvenient for me if you bid and only tell me after the fact that you cannot pay until a week to two weeks later.

Reselling/Trading


  1. Reselling and trading adoptables are OK! However, please do not resell the adopt for more than you bought it for UNLESS stated otherwise on the adoptable deviation itself/meaning I give you the okay personally or unless I have stated so. And please notify me if you wish to resell or trade your adopt so that I can change the owner in the deviation. If you got the adopt through trade or for free/Gifting ect, YOU ARE NOT allowed to make money off it. If you wish to negotiate this you must contact me and I have and will have the right to say NO if I choose! If you are caught doing so against my wishes and ignored my warnings, you will be given TWO, but if you persist and are caught YOU WILL lose all rights to the adoptable or any of my adoptables in your possession.


PERMISSIONS AND COPYRIGHT/Commerical usage


  • The buyer is never permitted to edit/modify, distribute, make merchandise, claim credit, or use for advertising. All artworks/designs are PERSONAL use only. If you want to use the art/adoptable/design for commercial use, fee's will be negotiated starting at 100USD+ dollars. Even if you buy my adoptables from someone else you are not allowed to sell for commerical use. New owners must come to me and buy commerical usage rights. 

  • I like to periodically clear my sta.sh, gallery, and computer therefore if you do not save the image, I will not be able to retrieve it for you.
If you are found breaking any of these rules regardless of wether you paid or not I have the right to take the adopt back and resell or do as I wish.
