Here's a bunch of info on my commissions.

What you will need to do:
Send me the art you want turned into a patch. It does not need to be in any specific format, even a scanned sketch is usually fine.  If the art was made by someone who wasn't you, the artist must approve the art being used for commercial purposes, and that approval must be sent to me.  No exceptions to this rule.  Email the art and approval to ethepony@gmail.com or note me here on deviantart.  I will look over the design and make sure it can be done.  Do not send payment before I validate that the design can be made into a patch.  Payment is via paypal and needs to be paid up front.

Estimated Prices are below.  These are based on medium complexity at 100mm (4") in the longest direction.  Some designs will be less and some may be more, and the maximum size I can make is 12" by 18".  Most designs I make will be put into the store so you or anyone else can buy more whenever you want at about $5.40 each or so.  If the design is of an OC, I probably will not put it in the store, but I can always make more once the design is completed.  Shipping of a 4" patch to anywhere in the world is included. More information is on my up to the moment Commission Log

MLP Character I haven't done before: $20
MLP Character I have done before: $25
MLP OC character: $30
MLP non-character based design: $30
MLP Eye Embroidery File: $15  (Embroidery File in PES for plushies and will also be included in the eye set I send out)
MLP Cutie Mark Embroidery File: $20 (Embroidery File in PES for plushies and will also be included in the CM set I send out)
MLP OC Eye Embroidery File: $30 (Embroidery File in PES format, 2 sizes included each additional size is $1.)
MLP OC Cutie Mark Embroidery File: $30 (Embroidery File in PES format, 2 sizes included each additional size is $1.)
MLP OC Cutie Mark Patch: $35 (4" or smaller.  Each additional patch of same design is $5)

What you get for a Patch Commission:
For that amount, you will receive at least 1 patch.  It is possible that I make a mistake when doing the design and need to make more than one (a low chance, but possible).   In general, I will also add the design to my store at the normal $5.40 price so you can order additional ones whenever you want.  I probably will not add OC's, but I will have the file and will be able to make more at any point for $5.40.  I can do different sizes as well if required.  95% of patches are done at 4" in the longest direction, which cost $5.40.  My next size is 5" by 7", which cost about $11.80 each in materials.  Finally is my largest machine at 6" by 10" for $16.40 in general, thought his one can go over $25 in material.  At some point in the future, I may start a mailing list for a few bucks and send out file updates for things like eyes and cutie marks; I am not sure how to admin that yet, but it will certainly be easier than trying to keep my blog updated with all the new files.

Your design doesn't have to be a patch, it can also be embroidered directly on a towel, sheet, pillowcase, or whatever.  There would be an extra fee for the base item and for shipping depending on what that base item was.

What you get for a digital commission:
You will receive an embroidery file in PES format at up to 2 sizes. Each additional size is $1.  The design will also be included in the design sets I send out.  If you do not want the design included in the eye or cutie mark sets the price would be the same as the OC Eye or Cutie Mark commissions.

If you previously purchased the eye or cutie mark set from me, there is a $5 discount on getting the first eye or cutie mark file done for you as long as it can be included in the cutie mark or eye embroidery sets. If I have already done the eye or cutie mark design and you want it redone in a specific size, I add that to my wait list and do as time is available for no cost.  If you absolutely need it right away, I can do it for $1.

What you need to do:
Send me the art you want turned into a patch.  If the art was made by someone who wasn't you, the artist must approve the art being used, and that approval must be sent to me.  Email me the art and the request: ethepony@gmail.com  I will look it over and make sure it can be done.  Do not send payment before I approve.  Payment will probably be via paypal.

The timeline will be dependent on how many requests are in front, and I will only accept a few requests at a time to make sure I can get them done in a reasonable amount of time. In general, it will be 4 to 6 weeks for a commission though some are shorter and some are longer. I reserve the right to refuse anything for any reason.

Currently Available Slots: 1 (as of 1/1/2014).
Current Up to the Moment Status is Available Here

If you would like a spot on the wait list, please send me an email with the details of what you are looking for.  Then I can let you know what is needed and/or if your idea is possible to make. Assuming it is, I will send an email to you to let you know and then when a slot opens.  If all 5 slots in my regular commissions are full, that equates to an approximate 5 week lead time depending on complexity of commissions.

Hey I'm just wondering if you were able to do embroidery eyes for the pokemon Mewtwo? Also I live in Australia, so I just wanna see how much it would cost (Also if I can afford it) I need it for this guy, sailormbmoon.deviantart.com/ar…
I couldn't see on your page if you did Pokemon or not, so I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask, also here's a few images of his eyes, if it helps:
