Done for this week's MLP-ATG-Alumni prompt "Asian Ponies / Year of the Horse".

According to Wikipedia, the text roughly translates to, "Congratulations and be prosperous, now give me a red envelope!" I tried my best to verify this through multiple independent sources and it seemed to be correct, but as I don't actually speak Cantonese, I'll just apologize now if I have inadvertently insulted your mother/deity/pet's sister-in-law.
