Are You Interested in World-Building?

Are there people out there that would be interested in helping me create and build a constructed world?

Constructed Genesis is a community world-building project that I’m starting. The idea is that a bunch of people will get together and create a highly functional fantasy world which we can then use to base stories, art, and other creative projects in. I have been working on this world for several years, but if I bring in more people, I fully intend to let many of my ideas drop for the sake of evolution and hopefully the creation of something really amazing.

Types of things that would be involved (for a complete list see this post):

• Planet stuff: the way the world would work in the universe itself (I have a rough idea, but again these things could change)
• Geography: the landscape and climates of the world (again I have a basic something but it could be scrapped)
• Linguistic creation: conlangs! This would require working closely with culture creation too (I've sort of done something with these but I'd be perfectly happy with an entirely new set of languages) --This one would probably have sub-heads for the different languages
• Etymology unit: they would work with the linguistic creation unit and history unit. This is sort of a sub heading of the linguistic unit but whatever.
• Cultural creation: the creation of the cultures for the different peoples who live on the planet. They would work closely with the sentient beings creators and there would probably be sub-heads for the different cultures
• Religion and mythology: I have a creation myth and a set of deities that I have been treating as "real" in the universe (as in treating them as fact not fiction in their world) but this could change. They would also have to work alongside the culture creation unit.
• History creation: those that would create the history of the world and the major events from either the "point of creation" or the first adaptation of writing (though song could also have been used) They would work closely with the anthropology creation
• "Anthropology" unit: this would be the physical evidence of their past that is in the world and would likely have to keep in touch with the geography and cultural units
• "Sentient" (aka humanoid) being creation: The creation of the biology and possibly bleeding into the cultural and religious beliefs of the peoples in the world
• Zoology unit: this would be the creation of all of the fauna of the world, and could likely have sub-heads, and may well include animals from earth, but that would have to be established
• Botany unit: they would create the flora of the world and work closely with the geography people
• Supreme Ruler of All: Me. No, not really, but I do plan to mediate, oversee, and contribute to different things if there is any interest in this (also, I'd like to note that if there are others who would like to contribute to multiple things, that could work too, though I would like there to be "leaders" for each group who work solely on their designated area though they would have to communicate with the other groups)

This is, as I stated, a partial list so there could be more things that are needed. The purpose of this world would be to eventually have people write stories for it, which you can see in this post.
