HPM: Zachary Hollo

Name: Zachary Owen Hollo (Pronounced as "hollow")

Age: 26

His father was indeed as active in his life as his mother was. Zachary was home-schooled by his father with his younger sister, Lynette, who took after their father, Carlisle who was a Tyranitar. Carlisle was smarter than the average man that would typically home school his children. He had graduated college himself and planned on becoming a teacher, but just couldn't bring himself to leave his children for long periods of time. So his solution was to home school them.

Carlisle taught them many things outside of just academics, including how to play chess, musical instruments (which sparked Zachary's own interest in them), and play many different sports. Nothing too violent for his children though.

But Zachary preferred to stay with his mother and play his violin for her on a daily basis. He was indeed a mother's boy.

No one really foresaw the fire that had been set in their house when he was 12. A knocked over oil lamp was surely the least likely way they would ever think something like that could happen. The clumsiness of Cynthia was well known throughout the house, but it consisted more of dropping things rather than knocking them over. Zachary could never figure out why his mother had tried to stay behind to save silly family heirlooms when her life was far more precious to them. "I just need to grab my mother's wedding ring! I swear I'll come back."

Those were the last words that ever came out of his mother's mouth and Zachary remembers them every day. Since that day, Zachary decided to shun out the world, feeling deceived that his mother had unintentionally lied to him and had valued that vile ring over her own life. He's been afraid of ever letting anyone else in ever since and has been cold towards others.

After his mother's death, Zachary's father needed to begin work again and so he got a position at a private school that was nearby. He made sure to have his two children enrolled there and it was at that school that Zachary began learning to make instruments. The private school that he attended offered several vocational classes that students could take after school hours, including playing and making instruments, and so Zachary attended those 4 days a week. When he graduated high school Zachary went on to a small college near his home town to study the Fine Arts and finished his apprenticeship as an instrument craftsman. Throughout these years Zachary never bothered to try to befriend others and preferred to keep to himself and go directly home when he got free time.

This isolation from others over the years caused Zachary to become even more involved in his love for instruments and music and decided on his future career soon after. Sadly, this unsocial behavior also decreased Zachary's poor social skills.

Job: Business Owner

Talents:
Zachary can play most, if not all, of the instruments that he makes himself.
He makes specialized bows for specific hand sizes, and usually only makes them for himself (And will possibly add personalized bows to his stock when his shop gets upgraded)
He's a (self-proclaimed) pro at pen spinning (being able to twirl a pen between his fingers)
He knows sign language, since it was one of the things that his father taught him.

Funfacts:
He likes to dance, but he would never admit that.
Swimming is a no-go for him; he's absolutely terrified of drowning.
He is an awful cook and you can often find him eating out.
He's rather stoic, but because of this he also has an awful time of telling what others are feeling.
