Personality : 

Domineering: Haruka is a highly confident and somewhat intimidating woman. She is one who exudes a rather strong aura of authority despite her young age. Very little frightens her.

Ruthless: Very little can stop Haruka from chasing her goals or sway her from her morals. She will do whatever it takes to achieve her goals, completely disregarding what others may think or say of her. Haruka tends to act as she deems justified and will be incredibly merciless against those who commit acts that violate her moral lines.

Proper: Haruka considers herself a very proper woman and is surprisingly considerate and sociable because of this. This behavior seems to hint towards a kinder and gentler side beneath the consistent scowl. Haruka also has a very strong sense of duty and morals as well. 

Calm: Despite her demeanor, Haruka does not anger easily. Even when irritated, she is more apt to make a remark than react violently. It takes an especially atrocious act to anger her to the point that it gains significant response from her.

History: 

Born the youngest sibling and only daughter to a clan of nobles in an area distant from Pokimono's lands, Haruka has led a comfortable life growing up.  It was the usual expected life, rife with lessons, training and duties. Despite the reputation of people with her standing, she had always been taught to assert authority but not disregard the voices of the lower masses. This would be an ideal the then riolu would adhere to for life.

Time would pass and Haruka would grow up to join the samurai forces. While out on patrols among the commoners, it was apparent that those of the upper would ignore their wants and held no mercy despite expecting the same. Time and time again, she would see nothing but resentful glares when she paid visit to the lower districts. Glares resenting the taxes, disrespect, and condescension associated with nobles . Enraged with the unjust, Haruka would make it a goal to rise in the ranks and change the social system from there. However, her lofty goal would result in many conflicts and arguements with co-workers and higer-ups. Not once would she budge from her belief that the lower classes should not be ignored and this would be interpreted as something that would invite treason and revolution in the future. Eventually, Haruka would be dismissed from the forces, deemed too provocative and one who would bring further chaos to the forces.

Since the dismissal, Haruka would travel about the country seeking to make a name for herself and to find the means to establish a society where those in power do not ignore the pleas of the lower people. Her travels would lead her to Scorched Mountain, her current stop in her journey.

Edit 4/27/14: Haruka has cut her hair after managing to successfully track down the criminal that has led her to the lands of Pokimono. The criminal has escaped unfortunately, but for now there is more peace to the lucario's life for the moment. She has also since gained a new guard, who was formerly employed to her friend Makiko.
Edit 7/01/14: New outfit and that's about it lol. Her hair grew out a bit over the past few months. 8'D
Edit 08/13/14: With a long-running wish made yet again for this year's tanabata, Haruka's want for further strength has been granted with a mega stone, which is kept on the pin she wears in her hair now worn on a necklace. Its respective Mega Ring is a bracelet worn by her bodyguard Zhang.

Edit 06/13/15: Haruka has spent the past couple of months brushing up on archery, a skill she had been taught when young to aid with the accuracy of her aura attacks. She has since decided to work on refining these skills, primarily to have a much longer range of attack. She will still use her sword in some situations I forgot to draw it like a dumb. It's usually hanging about the left side of her waist
