It’s me, CK!
A few days ago my friend AlphaBeta90 showed me a cool little sketch sheet of his with various sketches of some of our characters on it. Thinking it was cool I decided to try my luck with that idea and see how many doodles and sketches I could fit onto one page. The last page fit up to 22 characters. This one has 27 on it. And I drew all of these in one night. Once again I limited myself to doing sketches of my own original work. Which meant no Mickey, no Marvel, no Turtles. It had to be my characters or characters inspired by them. I also sketched characters I felt needed more attention or perhaps a redesign.
This sketch sheet had more of a Valentine’s Day inspiration for it. I drew some of my favorite KIDtoon couples like ERN-E and EMIL-E. I also drew SHORT-E and SEHR-I together in their comic book costumes, but SHORT-E’s style is being cramped by his Justice Little League. Still, the kids seem to be enjoying themselves. Burger and Bubble Gum are partacking in a race to see which superhero is faster and the Green Arrow (Spinach) is just talking with Black Canary (Blueberry).
Another couple I drew was Freak and Anti-Hero. This is my favorite sketch out of all the sketch sheets, since AT’s facial expression cracks me up! The idea for this pic came from a Kim Possible fan comic where Kim catches Ron shirtless and finds out he’s super buff! I figured that idea could work perfectly for Freak, who never seems to take off that coat. I guess this idea worked because AlphaBeta90 turned it into a hilariously funny Valentine’s Day comic. Ha ha XD
There is some more Joey, some more Phil, and even a little bit more of Monova (both Robot and Kelly Daine versions). I tried to give her a redesign, but I’m gonna toy with the idea some more. While I do that, Crocie and Bumper are trying to solve a mystery. Something new and mysterious has appeared in their swamp, and they wanna know what it is. This idea I wanna discuss further with another artist, Fantasynarium. Also here is my little bro Red, Disney-MangaFan1906’s food monster that I nicknamed Sizzle, a dinosaur, me as Kordahk, and unless I’m mistaken I do believe I see Spam Monster trying to make a move at Fizzy. Hmmm..
