Backstory: Very little is known about Alexander. He owns a massive farm in the Life Nation, the Nation of nature and all things alive. He took care of Persephone between her age of 5 and 14, before she was taken away again by Alfonso. Alexander lost his wife nineteen years ago due to a heart attack. Though he recovered from it when Persephone was born. He reminded her so much of Pearl, his deceased wife. He swore to protect her when Preah died, and then an unbreakable bond was formed. His whole world revolves around his dearest granddaughter and would do anything to keep her happy. ( including beating someone up if they make her sad or angry ).
Though as a young lad, Alexander was a champion horse rider and firebender. In his time, he would always come first in the fire tournaments for his impressive tricks and illusions. He took it upon himself to help Persephone master her firebending in order to protect herself.
He is a very intimidating-looking man, but he is actually very kind when it comes to children. He adores children. And it takes a lot to make him angry or sad.

- For an old man, he is pretty strong! He can still manage to lift boulders after a rock slide, even though he used to be able to lift much larger objects.
- He has another hobby; woodwork.
