XnaPosingStudio (XPS) is a "XNA Model Viewer" and 3D posing software based on (and compatible to) XNALara, for any 3D character. With a rather rudimentary way to make a keyframe animation. Free of charge.

Here's a new XNALara/XPS Countdown version! And this time it is a special one! Today is XNALara/ XPS 5th birthday!

- Yepp we thought it'd be kinda fun to have a few small versions before XPS 11!
What's new?
1. The Add Model window now has a preview image function!
It is easy to add! All you have to do is adding a preview image called 'prev.png' into the models folder. Subfolders can contain previews too. If you don't like it, you can disable this feature of course.
The best size for your preview image is 600 x 800 pixels! That way it fits just fine into that box!
2. New render groups 38 (no alpha) and 39 (with alpha): They require 4# textures: diffuse bump specular emission in this order. The value usage stays the same for the global intensity of the specular effect.
3. The menu item "Window-->3D canvas size ..." has a new item "Preview image size" to set the best size and background color for making the preview images (for the mouse over effect explained above under 1.)
UPDATE:
4. New feature: Options-->Camera parameters -->Rotation roll allows you to create more dynamic camera angles.
5. Addon regarding the new preview feature. Swap ground menu now also features previews.

XPG - XPS Pose Gallery v0.3 (64-bit only)
Well, well, well... It took a bit longer to make a new update of XPG. Much longer to be precise :D
This release addresses some memory issues, mainly thanks to x64 build and better memory management. Sorry everybody running 32 bit system, but I hope that there is nobody in 2018. I also added search function. As always all important information is in the Read Me file.

XPG - XPS Pose Gallery v0.2
Another day, another update... Well almost :D
This is just a quick update to XPG. I changed the look of some windows. But the most important hing is, that we are community based on sharing our creations so I added XPG pose Export / Import. .xpg file contains everything: Information, pose itself and pose image. Again, everything important is inside read me file.

XPG - XPS Pose Gallery v0.1
It's more that a year since the last XPS update. Sadly, XPS development has stopped and it also looks like nobody takes care of this page anymore. After a long break from DA and any creative work I've decided to take it up again.
I've created a small .NET application that allows viewimg XPS .pose files with thumbnails and Drag&Drop them from XPG to XPS 3D window to load them. At first, I tried to fool Windows to show thumbnails in Explorer, but as you might have guessed, it hadn't worked :D So here's XPG's first release. Basic functionality works, but it's far from bug-less. Anyway I've decided to release it.
