Okay...this is unexpected but it happend..you people seem to like the DRAW A GOOMBA week and almost 10 of you submitted their takes on the Goomba already ..the maybe most known video game character of them all. Mario, Lara, Jinx, Cloud, Dante, Ryu, MegaMan are all nice and stuff but nothing is as awesome as to draw the mighty GOOMBA.

Let's do something silly , something i did not see in any dA group before and have a
DRAW A GOOMBA WEEK!
Yes..those little mushroom heads you know from all the Super Mario games, i bet you jumped on some of them before
DRAW A GOOMBA!
- allowed is everything...from lineart and sketches, to silly drawings or pretty ones, scary ones erotic ones (if thats possible with a Goomba) etc.
- There are no rules except that you can submit only one Goomba
- The thing starts right now and ends on Saturday 12 Pm

This is NOT meant to be a real contest, it is just a hopefully fun motivation for you to do something silly and...DRAW A GOOMBA! It does not matter how good or bad your Goomba looks, important is that you had fun drawing it!
But, 3 artists have the chance to win a 1 Month DeviantART Premium Account. Every submission can win, the winners are chosen by a software who choses random numbers!

The GA-HQ Interview #1!
Just a few days ago I had the idea to use a weekly journal to let 1-3 group members introduce themselves a bit through a few questions I ask them about their games, art, dA and other topics.
Both of the first two artists are members of Game-Art-HQ since years now, Mortalshinobi even since the start back in 2012!
Despite the changes at dA, please have a good read, I hope these interviews are fun to read, and help to get to know some of the group members a bit better!

It is time to find alternatives.
DeviantART was an awesome place when I joined it in ..I think 2010.
I created a Mortal Kombat group which became one of the biggest one for that game series here, also :iconfighting-game-elite: which is one of the most active and biggest fighting game related groups now and of course Game-Art-HQ with its over 9000 members ..I bet it is the most active and maybe among the biggest groups here on dA as well now and since years.
But deviantART changed. It changed this, it changed that. It became...worse.
Now in 2020 I am unhappy with many of the changes which made a great navigation more and more difficult with the times ..but Eclipse is the

We have a big video game character art collaboration, organized in rounds here since years, the last one started in February and over 30 more game characters were drawn in the style of their artists, but always with the same guidelines: Full Body, no Background via a .png file.
