Refund Policy

So I felt this would be a good thing to have in case I take too long on a commission or you need a refund for personal reasons.

After 2 weeks you can request a refund. If I haven't started that refund will be in full. If I have I will keep the price up to what I have done (so if I finished the sketch and it was meant to be fully shaded, then I will keep the sketch price and return the rest as well as give you the sketch/whatever I finished).

If it was paid in points, there will be a 20% cut from deviantART because of the commissions widget and how the earnings work.

If it takes me longer than 2 months to finish a commission (unless I have told you it would take longer than that for whatever reason) the refund will be automatic and work like the requested refunds. So I will send what I have and refund the amount needed to complete the commission and I will usually offer a discount of some sort as an apology.

You may request an update on your commission at any point in time and I'll be happy to send WIPs of your commission as well. Just let me know. But be warned, if you ask too often I will feel less motivated to work on your commission.
