PKMNation: It's a Shiny Encounter!

For the Meet and Greet micromission.

Dunrosiel was so kind to let me draw her Notus, a shiny Eevee ^^ 
I couldn't resist to have my Shiny Combee Katie meet a fellow shiny~
One day I will figure something out with backgrounds that look better than this ><

Levels gained:
Full body + shaded + detailed background + event bonus = 7 levels for both Notus and Katie.
