Name: Kelcey ChaMeleon
Age: early 20s
Name of Show: Loud Mouth Brothers
Personality:  Kelcey is a talented and coquettish toon from the Loud Mouth Brothers show. The main characters of the show, Zoomie and Clarance, went missing and everyone suspects they been iced. Since then Kelcey's became an alcoholic who hides out in an abandoned radio station, trying to figure out what happened. Kelcey has only ventured out in temptation, unable to resist the thrill of watching a good fight. Is intrested in seeing who will win the paint, and what they'd do to get it. Has a hard time getting sociable with others when sober, so is always seen drinking. Likes to mimic fighters in admiration, but doesn't like getting too close to anyone, and not for the tight-lipped reasons others suspect.  
Weapon: Tail and Tongue (Both strong and durable, and hits like whips) Not only loves fights but knows how to bring it on when necessary.
Skills: Mimicking various voices (male and female), dopey impressions, blending into backgrounds, quick reflexes and knows how to use radio studio equipment.
More Tidbits: Always talks in a "Radio Voice", when not doing impressions, Kelcey's real voice is hardly ever heard in public or on the radio.
Has an alternate outfit that Kelcey has locked away for moths to feed on.
Loves fights and swing music. Favorite drink is Cockroach Cocktails. Hates and fears the freezing cold.

Name of Show: Loud Mouth Brothers (They just showed up on set one day and became part of the cast)
Personality:  These buggers have an enigmatic matter about them. They look like faceless cockroaches who's mouths only appear when speaking or eating. Despite this they see and hear more then they speak, and are Kelcey's eyes and ears when the Chameleon needs to be in more then one place. If a toon talks to them, and they speak back without cursing, saying gibberish sayings, then they want to talk to that toon. If they like what the toon says back to them, they may share a secret with that toon, such as short cuts in town, where they can find a person or dirt on another toon.
Weapon: Their numbers, but they can't fight. They won't even lift an antenna to defend Kelcey.
Skills: Knowing, soaking in cocktails, infesting, being Kelcey's companion, scaring gents and dames with their very presence.
More Tidbits: Feel free to talk, play, kill, eat and step on them. They won't put up a fight, they're just like real roaches, they just come back.
