I won't lie; I was slightly put off at first by how vulnerable Vegeta's expressions look, but I find I'm really warming to the whole story now. I really like what your story is implying so far, the idea that Vegeta would feel lost and displaced during this period of time especially [which could very well be one of the reasons he ended up lovers with Bulma in any timeline]. It makes so much sense, even for a super tough and rough guy like him, and I think part of me has always wondered if that was part of the reason he was pretty much in chronic anger mode through a large part of the later series.

Hec, considering some of the reasoning behind him becoming Majin Vegeta, it *would* make a lot of sense. Awesome job so far; I look forward to reading onward from here!
