History: Celes is the only current daughter of Mana and Tsunami purely because her mother has been missing for a long time. She hardly knows anything about her mother, other than she was a Dragonair and her mother. She never met her met growing she, it was almost like she had never existed in her life. She was single handledly raised by her father Tsunami, being a only child Celes grew up very lonely and spent a lot of time with the other adults in the cave that she lived in. The cave she lived in was mostly water type Pokémon making her a bit of a odd ball in the cave. Growing up she didn’t learn to fight since her father didn’t seem that interested in training her to do much of anything. This might have been perhaps because Celes for a long time continously attempted to learn about her mother from her father, this eventually lead to him attacking her once and tearing off a small section of her ear. Celes became afraid of her own father deciding one night to run away.

The night she ran away a storm had been brewing and as it raged she ran from her birthplace her Safeguard being the only thing protecting her from becoming drenched. Eventually the storm got so bad she was forced to take cover under a set of three rocks that had been laid just so to make a small shelter for her. When the storm ended she continued on her way before eventually wandering into a thick fog. She wandered through the fog for a long while until the first rays of sunlight broke through the fog and she arrived in Andalusst.

Celes decided to stay here in hopes to create a good home for herself.
