Bro Month 21 - Joseph Joestar

Jojo's Bizarre Adventure is a shounen series that has been going strong since the late 80's, and if you're a manga/anime fan you've probably heard about it at one point or another.
I've never read the manga because it was never published in Brazil, and I'm not a huge fan of reading stuff on a PC if I can avoid it, and I knew the OVAs told an incomplete story (kind of) so I never watched those either. In 2012, they finally decided to adapt Jojo properly to an anime, and I started watching it earlier this month.

The anime only adapts the first 2 parts of the manga (which there are currently 8 of), so I can only comment on the protagonists from those parts, and Joseph is by far my favorite. He's hot blooded and impatient, and extremely good at reading people. One of his funniest shticks is predicting what someone else is going to say, and being funny is one of his strongest points for me, and a lot of that comes from his voice actor Tomokazu Sugita, who is just so deliciously over the top and crazy, it's a joy to listen to - whenever Joseph and Stroheim are together, it's impossible for me not to laugh

I'm looking foward to the anime adaptation of part 3 coming soon, and I love the fact that an old Joseph is going to be around too!
