This mare has a full brother at a different stable. She loves all the attention she gets for being the first Nordanner on the property!
For the first two years of her life, despite her warm and boisterous personality, she suffered from being very sensitive to cold and heat. She had to be cooped up all winter with a space heater on and then had to spend most of summer cooped up with a fan on, of course both bored her to death! Someone suggested giving her a heat potion. We didn't want anyone getting burned, so she ended up being given half of one on her second birthday. The results were exactly as we'd hoped for. She's now able to regulate her temperature for all seasons, as well keep any human or horse in the near vicinity warm. She gives off a warm orange glow when the air is cold and doesn't grow much of a winter coat, so she's almost always short-haired and shiny. When she starts to play or gets riled up, a glowing orange smoke trails from her mane, tail, and hooves.

Contrary to warm colors of the last three or four generations of peafowl in her lineage, she flaunts some classic colored green and blue peafowl plumage, with three full plumes in her mane and one large one covering most of the top of her tail, with a few failed plums in her mane and forelock and on either side of her tail. Her sabino is limited to a crooked blaze, jagged and broken socks, and a stray hair or two on her belly. Her left eye is green and her right eye is dark blue. Her speckling is heavy on the neck and withers, and dusted sparsely over her back, rump, and hocks.
