Welcome to the racial list. Below you will find brief descriptions of what to think about when making your character. Some characters have restrictions on what class they can hold, others do not. Please keep in mind while creating any character that they do have certain types of personailties more often than others which will (logically) guide their allegences through their life. Each race will have a racial objective each level, that will also need to be completed to level up. They will be listed in the description of the scrolls for each race.
Notes about restrictions will be in itailics so they are easier to see. The bold list under the brief description is the number of openings for that race.

Every Kingdom

:bigthumb:
Human
Humans are a race open to all different classes and all of the kingdoms. Humans have a very wide range of loyalties and the reasoning behind those loyalties. Some are more vile and coniving than others, and some are overly innocent in all things they do. When making a human think about not only about what you want for qualities but what would diversify the world as a whole. Some people are simply eveil in every aspect of the word and while not what we immediatly jumpt to for characters they are just as nessicary as the innocent.
Humans are currently the only race that can be Heirs and Rulers.

Akai'Ra
Each A k a i 'R a is made up of an element. Fire and Sand elementals being most common throughout Kharena. Most prefer to run through nature in the nude, as their kind never saw a reason for clothing. However, a deep wish of  many Akai'Ra is to walk among humans without fear. They strive to develop their magic so that they too, can also appear human. It is not a hard task for the A k a i 'R a but still takes time to learn.
Akai'Ra cannot hold royal posistions. They are also not allowed to be trained as Warriors.

Haben
Those closest to looking like the gods they worship most find reverence within the Noblity classes. Haben are split into three sects, Feline, Canine, and Avian. Being close to looking like Bastet, Anubis, and Horus repesctivly. The Feline tend to want to be a part of the temples in some way. The Canine are more naturally skilled at combat, and the Avian are more naturally suited to charismatic skill sets.
The only restriction is that they cannot be of the royal family (aka heir or leader).

Sphinx
The oldest of all the races of Kharena. Priding themselves on wisdom and knowledge of, well, everything. Because of their aptitude for knowledge they are often seated in the posistion of Advisor. Some choose to be leaders in battle planning out strategies and find themselves in the warrior class. While other find more reverence in furthering the trade and flow of food and other resources and place themselves in Merchant or Seafarer posistions.

Syreni
Beings of aquatic origin, with a humanoid torso. Often mistaken for drowning humans, they lure their prey into the ocean and crush them with their raw strength. They have been known to sink ships by smashing their tails against the hulls. Each have unique pattern and vibrantly colored tails and fins. When creating a syreni remember that they are generally vicious to most other races and upon occasion to each other. The tails should be designed from one or two fish that are found naturally. This can include sharks and all manner of fish from all depths of the ocean. The tail cannot, however, include any form of mammal influence.
Cannot be of Royal or Nobility classes

Ver'Daghian Races

Ver'Dagh | Valkyrin by InsulaDeorem Ver'Dagh | Arric by InsulaDeorem Ver'Dagh | Cervitaur by InsulaDeorem Ver'Dagh | Merrow by InsulaDeorem
Valkyrin
Beings of an Ascended nature. The guardians of warriors on the battlefield. They make their home in the floating lands of ValHalla. They constantly seek out men to bring home with them, and only give birth to more Valkyrin. They men they choose to bring home tend to be warriors tested in many battles. Women that become Valkyrin have usually undergone some tramatic event and Odin has seen fit to bestow upon them the gift of wings so they might soar above their weaknesses. Those born Valkyrin are natural warriors of the fiercest variety. Their wing color reflects their overall good or chaotic attribute. Those with black wings favor the darker side of things; chaos, war, famine, destruction. Those with white/cream wings favor the lighter side of things; love, romance, peace, healing. Then there are some that have wings of a brown color meaning they favor balance of all things. Any Valkyrin with a red tint to their wings has killed in the name of love or lust.
Open 5/5

Arric
Elemental beings of Stone, Ice, and the Woods. Arric are giants among the species, and are often referred to as Frost Giants or Rock Trolls. Living a reclusive life until they have mastered the art of changing forms to walk with legs rather than the more solid bodies they are born with, when they do finally venture out into the world they have been taught that the rest of the world are demons out to kill them. Because of this many refuse to venture out into the world. Those that do, learn the truth of the world and usually don't return home.
Open 5/5

Cervitaur
Similar in nature to the Centaur these beings are considered more sacred to the humans of Ver'Dagh than any other race. As in the culture of Ver'Dagh the deer is viewed as the spiritual being of humanity. However, they also see the boorish cervitaurs as demons and fear their rage and brutality. While the Deer version of cervitaurs is very playful and fickle the boar version of cervitaurs are very volatile and headstrong. Everything else for both versions is as it is listed on the scroll.
Open5/5

Merrow
Maidens of the sea. These creatures are hard to find, but should you befriend one and find yourself in danger out at sea the Merrow will come to your aid from the icy depths. They are highly resilient to the cold and as such don't often wonder too far into warm climates as it tends to be too much for them.
Open 5/5
