Not sure why but I felt the urge to finish up Cecilia. So here's my adorkable half-selkie Hufflepuff and her fat cat Angus because I wanted to try drawing a fluffy kitty. <3

Personal History: Cecilia is the only daughter of a single mother from a well-to-do wizarding family. The only thing she knows of her father is that he was a selkie who saved her mother from a boating accident before she was born. The two had an intense affair but the call of the sea was too much for him and he left when her mother was pregnant. She has taken her abnormalities in stride and wears them like a badges of honor. She has a natural talent with animals and any forms of water based magic. Cecilia suffers from the same call of the sea that her father does but is unable to take to it as she would like. Her instincts tell her to be strong and one day her father will return for her and she has done just that by studying to be a good witch like her family expects of her. Despite her desire to enter the ocean she has developed a fascination with dragons and if all else fails she aims to be a dragon keeper much to her mother's frustration.
