Move 1: Attract- Using a combination of smooth strokes from her feelers,  her soft voice and a wink of her eye, Valerie captivates a male Pokémon into finding her “cute” (if Cute Charm hasn’t already done so). This move is often used to calm down angry or upset Pokémon.
Move 2: Moonblast- Her body glows a light pink as her feelers spread out and an orb of pink, lunar energy forms in front of the ribbon on her neck, unleashing a powerful beam of light at her target. Powerful, but takes more time to gather energy if the moon isn’t visible.
Move 3: Disarming Voice- An attack not used in battle, she lets out a loud “KYAA!” upon spotting a dragon-like Pokémon she likes (under 3’03”, Dragon-type and/or Dragon Egg Group member), startling the object of her desire and preventing them from escaping her display of affection.
Move 4: Quick Attack- Charges at high speeds at her target, regardless of if it’s an opponent or a cute dragon.

========== WRITTEN TEST ==========

Café Obscurité, there was just something about this place that gave her the creeps. Sure, it was one of the most popular restaurants in the city of Andalusst, but the lone Sylveon had found it difficult to make herself step inside the ritzy restaurant. Maybe it was the dim atmosphere that seemed to provide a haven for criminals, the extremely high food prices, or perhaps it was simply because she was afraid her pale cream body would stand out too much. She knew she needed to swallow her pride, however, for this was her final step to becoming a member of the Hunters guild. Besides, there was always a chance to encounter a cute little dragon-like Pokémon, and this café would be no exception.

With a deep breath, the Sylveon slowly stepped inside the dimly-lit establishment and up to the reception desk, where a Prinplup greeted and chaperoned her to a table in one of the dark corners of the café, where a Furret with a blue newsboy cap and pupils almost as white as the rest of his eyes sat, smiling in a sly manner as he waved towards the Sylveon. Her eyes glittered upon realizing that the representative for the Hunters was Cuffin, one of the first Pokémon she had met upon arriving in Andalusst, and with a loud “KYAA!” she ran towards the Furret and affectionately tackled him, happy to see a familiar face again.

“Whoa there toots, no need for the public display of affection!” he shouted as they rubbed cheeks, her smooth ribbon-like feelers smothering his ragged fur, “Cut it out, you’re making a scene!”

“Oh, but I’m just happy to see that you didn’t get crushed by that giant statue,” the Sylveon cooed, “and now you’re going to be the one to evaluate me to see if I’m Hunter material!”

“I appreciate that fact that you were worried about me during that mess, but if you don’t calm down, I’ll start calling you ‘Val’ again!”

The Sylveon immediately released the Furret from the grip of her ribbons and began to cross them together in a manner much like a bipedal Pokémon would cross its arms to show their displeasure, for there was nothing more irritating to her than having someone slurring her “pure” name, Valerie.

With a sigh of relief and a shake of his fur, Cuffin and his guest sat down in their chairs just as an Empoleon waiter arrived to pass a fancy-looking menu that filled to the brim with high-class food at high-class prices to the two mammals, only for Cuffin to lightly push his menu back to the Empoleon’s chest and tell him that he was having “the usual”. The Empoleon rolled his eyes for a moment before turning his attention to the Sylveon as she dangled the menu in between her ribbon-like feelers in an attempt to decide what she wanted. The Empoleon chuckled to himself, but whether it was from seeing the Sylveon struggle with deciding what to eat or from remembering what she did to Cuffin only minutes earlier remained a mystery to his patrons.

“No need to take your time Valerie, this one’s on the guild,” Cuffin said, “go ahead and order whatever you want.”

“Do you have anything made from Mago Berries?” Valerie asked the waiter.

“Certainly Madame,” the Empoleon replied, “We have all sorts of Mago Berry recipes to satisfy any sweet tooth.”

“In that case, I’d like to order a batch of Mago Berry muffins, in honor of my friend Cuffin!”

The Empoleon bowed his head upon hearing the Sylveon’s sweet request, and as he wrote down her part of the order he glanced over to the Furret on the opposite side of the table and gave him a rather silly grin before walking away.

“No sense of humor,” the Furret shrugged as he slumped back in his seat, squinting his eyes for a moment as he faced his Sylveon guest before tapping his paws together, “Alright, we can skip the introductions since we both know each other and what we’re here for. I would just give that Sundance kid all the info you’ve already told me, but he still wants me to interview you before I go off on my own thing. He’ll get his feathers in a bunch if I don’t, so humor me, alright?”

“No problem at all,” the Sylveon winked, “the Mago Berry muffins have to bake anyway.”

Cuffin blushed in response, trying his best to remain professional in the presence of a Pokémon that constantly exuded a charming aura, but he quickly regained his composure and rolled his eyes before finally delivering his first question.

“First things first: why do you wanna join the Hunters?" he asked with a dramatic recitation, almost as if he was forced to ask this question.

“Well, you were kinda my inspiration Cuffin,” Valerie placed one of her ribbons under her chin in thought, “when I came to Andalusst, I really didn’t really have a goal in mind other than hunting rogue Dragon-type Pokémon.”

“Hunting as in for bounty?” Cuffin asked

“Yep, I beat them down and bring them in!” the Sylveon winked again, “Of course, the day we met I was out shopping for dinner when I saw this cute wittle Axew standing right next to his mother,” she paused and clasped her ribbons together as an excited look appeared on her face, “KYAA! Just thinking about that adorable little thing makes my heart skip a beat!” Her expression changed once more into a frightening, grumpy look as her ribbons pointed at Cuffin, “That’s when YOU showed up and bumped into me, and by the time I recovered, that adorable Axew was long gone!”

“Don’t tell me you’re still upset about that,” Cuffin nervously said, “we both know it was an accident!”

“Oh no, I’m over it now,” Valerie said as her happy expression returned, “besides, I met this cute brown-eyed Charmander the other day and—“

“Whoa, whoa, I think we’re getting a little sidetracked here,” Cuffin interrupted, sighing with relief that he wasn’t going to end up on the wrong end of her ribbons again, “so, after we both ran into each other, I told you about how the Hunters guild was looking for some newbies and, uh, say, you mind filling me in on the rest? My memory’s a little foggy…”

“Oh sure thing,” Valerie nodded, noting that same mocking tone he had earlier, “I asked what the guild hunted for and you told me that they hunted for treasure in the labyrinths. I became very interested because I’ve heard that some treasures are guarded by dragons, so I figured that I, as a dragon hunter, would be of some assistance to the guild.”

"Yeah, yeah, I gotcha. I guess we'll get to see some of that soon enough. Don't get me wrong; your answer don't mean you're gonna be taken or thrown out. This is basically... formalities...yeah, formalities. I think that's the word he used. Whatever that means."

Valerie couldn’t help but feel sorry for the newsboy cap-wearing Furret, for the upward tilt of his head showed how much trouble he was having trying to get through this interview, something she expected herself to be doing instead. It also bothered her that she saw the Empoleon waiter in the corner of her eye watching from the kitchen with a silly grin on his face, almost as if he held some sort of grudge against Cuffin and seeing him struggle around a girl seemed to amuse him. With her glaring eyes locked-on to the Empoleon, she hopped off her chair and used her feelers to move it closer to Cuffin’s seat, hopping back on just as the Furret lowered his head straight back on to the spot she was at to gently wrap her feelers around his face.

“W-what are you doing?!” Cuffin remarked, his face glowing red with uneasiness.

“Just relax,” she spoke in a gentle tone as her feelers stroked his chin, “this is only going to take a moment…”

With a wink of her eye, a warm, fuzzy feeling began to creep up through the Furret’s body, his red face returned to its normal coloration save for a deep blush on his cheeks, his mouth curled into a soft grin, and his eyes fixed on the gentle Sylveon’s face with such fascination, almost as if he had just met the girl of his dreams.

“To heck with all this “formality” garbage,” he sighed, crumpling up the parchment on the table and tossing it over his shoulder without even looking, “what do ya say we go somewhere a bit more private and—“

“Now, now Cuffin, I didn’t do this to make you fall head over heels for me,” Valerie giggled, “I just wanted to help you relax so we can finish this interview.”

"Oh believe me, sweetheart, I’m relaxed.” His grin widened, to the point he was starting to look like he had way too many drinks at the bar, “Well, I happen to know this next one by heart. It’s a lot more interestin', to the little guy's credit. Are you against doin' things that the Royal Guard ain't gonna like if they catch ya doin' em?"

“Hmmm, I’m not sure about that,” the Sylveon pressed one of her ribbons under her chin, “then again, after what I just did to you, well…”

“It ain’t me babe, just sayin’” the Normal-type’s pointed ears twitched, “I know well enough that if yer here, then you an' I are prolly already aware of the answer to that question. I just needed somethin' to tell the kid."

“True,” the Fairy-type nodded, “I did have to go up that giant statue’s arm without drawing anyone else’s attention to…well, I’m not sure if I should talk about that just yet…”

“All right, enough of this “formalities” junk,” he sighed, tossing his hands into the air and down the sides of his chair in a dramatic manner, “that kid and his panda pal may be on the right track, but sometimes it seems like the royals crammed a stick really far up there, if ya know what I mean…anyway, the rest is straight from me, but I promise it’s nothing too personal, ‘kay?”

The Sylveon nodded her head with determination in her eyes, watching as the Furret’s white eyes shifted left and right, almost as if he was about to tell a secret to her. Oddly, by the time he finished looking around and was ready to open his mouth, his eyes were looking to the left of where she was, but a quick jerk of his head with her feelers quickly remedied the situation.

"You already know the basic stuff, so I'm gonna level with ya,” he whispered, “Truth is, the Hunters are all about knowin' things about everybody else. Yer gonna learn secrets that nobody else will know. It'll change the way you look at this whole city, and yer prolly not gonna like what you see, but you'll always know exactly what's goin' on under the coat of sugar. I wouldn't blame ya if you'd rather go hang with a Guild that doesn't deal in the worst of what Andalusst can offer."

“Well, I can see where you’re going with this, but if it means being able to help someone or bringing a rogue dragon to justice, then so be it!”

"Is that so?” he smirked, joking in a lighthearted tone “Well... to be honest, I would've blamed ya, actually, who doesn't wanna know everything about everybody? Life is all about keepin' yer options as open as possible 'til the right moment, right babe?"

Before the Sylveon could respond to the Furret’s latest infatuation-influenced statement, the clatter of plates and silverware signaled the arrival of the Empoleon waiter, his flippers laden with Cuffin’s platter on one side and a scrumptious batch of Mago Berry muffins on the other. He hesitated at first as he looked the Normal-type with that same silly grin he had shown for most of the meal, for seeing Valerie’s handiwork on Cuffin up close and personal brought a sense of satisfaction knowing Cuffin had been given a sort of just desserts, and there was no way the Furret could take his eyes off the sweet Sylveon to do anything about it.

Valerie, on the other hand, was well aware of the Empoleon’s constant rude behavior, and just as he finished setting the tray of muffins down in front of her, she wrapped her feelers around his neck and dragged him down to her eye level.

“Here’s a little advice,” she said in a cheerful yet threatening tone, “if you want to get a good tip and don’t want to get blasted to the moon, I’d suggest you treat your customers with respect, ‘kay?”

The Empoleon nervously nodded his head, silently begging for the Sylveon’s mercy, and upon being released he ran back to the kitchen in a rather unprofessional manner for fear of further incurring the Sylveon’s wrath.

With the matter finally settled, the two each grabbed a Mago Berry muffin and raised it towards the other like they were glasses of wine.

“Before we eat, sweetheart…” Cuffin said as he leaned close to the Sylveon in an affectionate manner, “Let’s toast to the Hunters Guild, and to a bright future together, you and I!”

The Sylveon chuckled to herself as the muffins touched, happy to have finally become a true Hunter at last. Of course, there was still the matter of getting Cuffin to stop being so affectionate…

Hailing from the secluded Iaponese village home to the famed Eon Doragonhantā Clan, Valerie is a proud, young Sylveon with a knack for hunting dangerous dragon-like Pokemon. Having grown up and proven herself before her peers, Valerie had come to Andalusst City to provide her exceptional skills  to anyone who needed it. It was there that she learned about the local Hunters Guild and all the perils that their guilds went through in their search for riches, and knowing that some of these treasures were sometimes guarded by fearsome dragon-like Pokemon, she decided to join the guild in their noble quest.

Strengths:
-Having years of experience in taking down Dragon-type Pokemon, she's very knowledgeable in combat against such creatures and can take them down easily with her mighty Moonblast attack.
-While Valerie is skilled at fighting dragons, she's also an exceptionally friendly Pokemon and very easy to get along with.

Weaknesses:
- Valerie's behavior around dragon-like Pokemon tends to be quite erratic. On one hand, Valerie gets easily distracted by and will stop at nothing to glomp Pokemon that are Dragon-type or classified in the Dragon Egg Group with a size of 3'03" or smaller. On the other hand, she tends to get suspicious around the aforementioned Pokemon that are 4'11" and up.
-Valerie strongly dislikes anything ice related for some unknown reason, save for the Iaponese Ambassador from the June Tasks.

Missions, Tasks, Etc.

Okay, so super minor edit here: your Charisma should read "2 + 2" instead of simply "4" if they're getting a type bonus. That is all. Fix it as soon as you can, please!
