If I could I'd say nothing,
I'd wander about..
I'd spout out some nonsense,
Some nonsense devout.
I'd render words useless,
I'd drown them in clout;
Of some mindless obtrusion,
You just couldn't do without.
I'd sing with the Dodo, and fly with the pig.
Leave every stone unturned; to nothing would I twig.
I'd trade the smart money, to the man with two first names;
Keep two birds alive and stay well behind the game.
I'd make bygones fight bygones, refuse to scratch your back.
Judge the book by it's cover, stand up the empty sack.
I'd make the biggest omelette, without breaking one egg.
I'd make sure the competition stayed well before my leg.
I'd bite the hand that feeds me, practice western mores in Rome.
Eat all of the free lunches, launch rocks from my glass home.
I'd be a choosy beggar, I'd beat around the bush.
I'd grab the bull his tail in hand, his every button would I push.
I'd put the eggs in just one basket, I'd count the chicks before they'd hatched.
Go where the grass is greenest, keep Pandora's box unlatched.
I'd drown a horse in water, and beat it once it's dead.
I'd fix the Mona Lisa, fix it 'till it's red.
I'd speak before I think and keep my penny for the thought.
A bird in the hand or in the bush? I'd abandon the lot!
I'd talk really really loud, that my actions speak the lesser.
Throw the baby with the bathwater, make feuds with my professor.
If I could I'd say nothing, until the end of time.
I wouldn't care if I made sense or spoke a single rhyme.
There is a breed of nonsense, that wraps around your ear.
A certain je ne sais quoi that you'd likely have to hear.
And once it all was finished, I'd ramble some more.
And on my way out, I'd probably hit the door.
Cause it's just this sort of nonsense, that does itself implore:
A dog that chases it's own tail does not know what it's for.

As Night lovingly embraced Sky, her lover
And brought him down to her bosoms
Man sheltered themselves and fell still;
Not even their breathing was heard
While Stars danced above, lustful
Seducing before the lone, aroused Moon
Without Sun acknowledging their betrayal
Without Horizon witnessing their caresses
Then what story did mankind hold?
Too afraid to step into Darkness' domain
Too frail to bear the cold Frostbite;
Just hiding under the shade of blankets, shivering
That no soul under the Heaven said a word
That no tavern sang songs of the old
For there be only Silence, her and only ex

Driftfoot
waking up at 3 past midnight
wiping dreams from my calm eyes
no starlight peering through the blinds
but still i find myself alive
my bones are up and want to jam
a barefoot run at 4am
the blue hood swirls about my head
and lifts my sweet heart back to bed

Cherished
She persuades him to lie down and be still for her
Naked in body only,
her eyes peer past the whole to the pieces.
She squeezes his breasts
Sweet, ripe little things
How they ache for her.
Curious hands become gentle fingers
Sliding up his throat
knuckles rasping against stubble
Skating across his forehead smoothing furrows.
Press gently on the delicate skin at the edges of his eyes
Follow down between the eyebrows
The straight line of his nose
Stroking soft lips that part in hungry expectancy.
She stretches his arms above his head, palms up.
Traces with spider legs down his shivering skin
Tickles the hair of his armpits
Nuzzling her
