Star Garden - Lola and Momo

My contest entry for 's contest.

Phew~! This drawing gave me headaches, brudders..
Most of the time put into this was simply brain storming… Everything in this picture was painfully mulled over. 

Questions like, "Will these colors match?"  "Will adding more to the background take too much attention away from the characters, themselves?", required me to stop a lot while I was working on it.

It was well worth it, though…. Ugh~ <3
