Pokemon Trainer Elsa: Contest Design

Augh, my scanner effed up the color, sorry. I had to jack up the saturation just to make it look even close to what I had in mind.

Anyways, here's Elsa from Frozen as a Pokémon Champion! Everything you need to know about the design is written in the image. It should at least be somewhat legible in full view.

I tried to make a rainbow effect on her Mega Stone, and I think it turned out okay for being half-assed.
