Anyone is allowed to draw what ever they want -fanart -for kicks -expression -idk but you dont need someone's permission to create something "No you can't make your own" (you cant draw a closed species creature?) -can't make your own? ha what even are you saying no fan art you cant draw thinks like it- its barely different from allot of amazing one offs out there. There will be no star ships permitted to leave permitted territories, nor have access to FTL-drives (light speed travel). _ ▓ _Persons' must be of a certain 'threat level' not too high or low to both protect the ecosystem and to permit gradual pioneering on missions. It is the Persons' responsibility to take their own safety into account. Missions 'threat level' should be considered unpredictable and safety not guaranteed. B.O.S.S. may not always seem to have domain over mission parameters when it comes to communications and accessing B.O.S.S. equipment, but assume we do.
