I am doing a free feature on my profile page! Yep! Absolutely free . No need to do anything for me, watch me, or even look through my gallery.

Feature box status: OPEN!

Oh and, I'd appreciated it if you'd faved this journal so that more people can see it

RULES
Because I am busy and still have school, I may close the feature box every once in awhile if I get completely flooded with notes (very unlikely to happen). IF THE FEATURE BOX IS CLOSED, DON'T SEND ME A NOTE FOR A FEATURE! YOU WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY REJECTED AND BANNED FROM THE FEATURE BOX FOR 3 MONTHS, NO QUESTIONS ASKED.
I will only feature an unnoticed artist. This does not mean that you have under whatever amount of watchers, but that you deserve more way more watchers for the art you have. (don't be shy because of this, I'm not that strict about it, I just don't want to feature artists with a whole bunch of watchers already)
If you are not considered an unnoticed artist, you will be added to my 'other artists' list. If I run out of unnoticed artists to feature, I will resort to that list. There will be 3 slots open for that, which will be listed below.
Please note me. I don't want my page comments getting crammed up from this, and I'll see a note much faster and can guarantee that I won't miss it.
You may not be featured until after awhile. I have no idea how many notes I'll get from this or how big this will get. Please be patient and don't ask me how much longer it'll be until you are featured. 
You are allowed to ask for another feature when I feel you are ready for it. If you've had significant improvement from the last time I featured you, I'll feature you again (if you are still unnoticed). Generally, don't ask for another feature within 3 months.
IF YOU GET REJECTED please, don't be upset. I don't mean to insult you or anything, it's just that you are not unnoticed to the point of most of the other artists I try to feature. If you get rejected please COME BACK later on, if you've improved significantly in art but not watchers. Again, generally wait at least 3 months.
You may tell me what to feature; if you don't, I'll just choose one from your gallery I like. 
You must be active on dA. 

For groups:
Groups will be featured separately from deviants. I will feature the icon of your group, and a project/ contest the group is working on or having, if any. (please note me with the project/contest, if you don't, I will not search for one)

If the featured deviant/group is a rule breaker:
This includes if the artist has stolen art, spams others, breaks dA's rules, etc. 
Please note me, showing me some sort of proof (a screenshot, etc.)
I will take down their feature and note them, keeping you anonymous.
