Species info, human: Humans in this universe make up a large section of the worlds population due to their hardiness allowing them to survive in many different environments.  Their sheer adaptability and sheer resourcefulness earn them respect among monsters.  Given that most monsters possess super human strength, super natural magic powers, and sometimes both, that is saying a lot.  Even monsters that view their males as inferior will respect human males.  Magical abilities among humans are rare but not unheard of such as in the case of Steve Tran and Sara Magico.  Male Humans are also relied on for reproduction of various female only species such as honey bees more than monster males are.
