Looking for some constructive feedback on your artwork? Welcome to the Feedback Corner, where deviants can give each other comments and receive some comments (as well as a feature) in return! :eager: by darkmoon3636

HOW THIS WORKS

  1. Reply to the most recent comment on this journal and leave a constructive comment of at least 3 sentences. If you would rather leave a constructive comment on the actual artwork, you may do that as well. Just remember to comment here as well to let people know that feedback has been given. :D (Big Grin)

  • Write a new comment on this journal with the link or thumb code to an artwork you'd like some feedback on.

  • Wait for someone to reply to your comment, and then feel free to continue on the cycle! The more feedback you leave, the more you'll receive in return, so give it a go~ La la la la

TIPS

Not sure what to write? Confused Try writing one sentence each for the following things:

  • What you like most about the artwork

  • What you think the artist can improve on

  • The overall idea/feeling you received from the artwork

FEATURE

Everyone who participates in this round will receive a feature of their artwork from the group! Deviation love Thank you to the following deviants who left some very helpful feedback on the last round! Heart

ClimbThe higher I climb
The more I fear the fall
heady with the height
and giddy with gripping fear
I scramble for footholds
Knowing that one slip
will send me down
Down in a barrage of dust and skittering stones
clawing wildly for something solid
only to bloody my hands on loose stone
I know the slip is coming
And knowing it
I fear landing
bruised
torn and exhausted
broken
from both the fall
and from the shame of it
It is hard to make yourself climb again
It is heartbreaking
to drag yourself up
and crawl painstakingly
over ground already covered
The Driver's Side (Fargo)He noticed the siren before the lights.
It took a second to pick out the red and blue against the orange sunset, and every muscle in his body tensed. Knuckles turning white on the wheel, he slowly steered over, pressing the brakes. Then he reached into the center console for his paperwork. He rolled the window down.
He was surprised when he caught sight of her in the side mirror, long and tall and blonde. Even under the sunglasses he could see the suggestion of a strong face, beautiful but stern. He knew if someone a little meaner were here, someone like Sam Hess, they might have something to say about her: probably some unkind gossip about lesbians or whatnot. He knew it was perfectly reasonable for a strong woman to be straight; why on earth else would Pearl be with him?
“Oh hi there,” the woman chirped, leaning down toward his window. “Can I see your license and your registration, please?” She smiled, seeming almost genuinely friendly, and he tried not to let
