After the Events of the Inverted Time Event that nearly erased time itself, Zeak The Ranger and Vera Hunte (The Barbarian) was given an offer to return to their own timeline. But they can both agree that they wanted to stay in the future but also be able to back to their time to retrieve items that no longer exist in the 21st Century. Zeak and Vera decided to form their own team division affiliated with Presque. But The two really couldn't decide on a name for their team. Their specialty is to go around the world to solve investigations that involve Magic and Ancient wrong doings of the past that have simultaneously reemerged in the future. Zeak and Vera knew that after defeating the Mad King in the future they needed to defeat any other Past Villains who have unearthed themselves when the Timeline melted into itself. There isn't any other way to do so. But they soon realized that some foes may be too powerful to handle with just a man with ridiculous Archery skills and A Amazon-ish woman who only knows the ins and outs of the Savage wild. So they needed someone who knows a great deal of Magic. They soon Acquired the help of their first friend in the 21st Century. John Twilytte, A Warlock who has achieved the full power of the balance between Light and Dark. Twilytte is the only one who could fight off foes with absurd amounts Dark Magic. The Trio reunite once again to fight off these new evils.......But, soon after the three received a grim reminder of a past enemy. But it is said that this past foe had returned from the dead before but was stopped by a creature born from "the Seeds of The Moon"....The three set out to find this creature but what they thought was going to be a hulking Beast turned out to be a Woman who was born from a Mystical Seed that fell from the Moon. Her name is "Cereus Moonseed", She once fought this foe in the 16th Century but though the enemy was defeated she had died along with it. But before death she placed her spirit into a Seed she had birthed before and planted it somewhere on earth where the sun never raises and Only the Moon shines. The Plant-like Womb Emerges from the Icy plain in Present time and bursts open thus giving life to a New Incarnation Of Cereus to fight this foe once again. So with both Twilytte and Cereus on the team, Zeak and Vera can fight off Magic using Foes parallel from the folks in Denver fighting off their own battles.
