Bio: Cecilia had everything a Lemurian girl could have wanted: A palace where she could sit on the throne left to her by her father, a large pile of gold, and of course looks.  She looked at her city with pride and thought "What a glorius thing I have completed."  Then when all seemed calm, the earth started to shake like it was going to split in half.  Suddenly a hole opened up and a mythical beast called the Chiton swam out and started stuffing people in its gaping maw.

All the guards couldn't stop it as they were devoured on sight.  The Queen started to pray and as soon as the prayer was finished a figure appeared in a plume of smoke.  "I am the great and powerful Mephistofeles.  Why have you summoned me here?" the dark foreboding figure asked in an intimidating voice.  "I am Queen Cecilia, the one who summoned you here.  Look at my fair city, please, if you're so powerful, banish the Chiton before it devours my people.  I will give you anything." the desperate monarch of Lemuria pleaded.

This intrigued the imp.  "Anything?  Even your piles of gold?" he said with an impish grin.  "Yes, if it'll save my people." Cecilia responded.  "Even your fair city?" the demon said, that grin turning into a smile.  "Mhmm if you'll keep my people from harm." the Queen concernedly answered.  "Well I have no use for either.  What I will have however is your soul." the devil said.  "Yes yes, just save my people from their doom, demon!" the queen begged.  "What are you begging for my dear?  It's already done." as the hell born creature snapped his fingers and the death and destruction ceased to have been written.  "Now to collect what is owed to me..." Mephisto said as he pulled out a pearl necklace with a ruby stud gold hanglet and wrapped it around her neck.  "From this day forth you are immortal.  You will not age, you will not die.  You will have your place of my grande design and serve none but you and I." the demon chanted.  "Wha...?  Ahhh!" Cecilia was suddenly out of breath.  She looked down at her once smooth legs and saw they were morphing together and elongating.  Her once royal robes had turned into two starfish which had relocated to her breasts.  Cecelias once beautiful short black hair had grown and turned blue as her round eye pupils turned into slits.  "You will also have powers to make anything you want to be possible." Mephisto informed Celisia.

"Now discard your crown and slither into the ocean.  For when I have need of you, I shall call." the demon said in a voice not meant for mortal ears as he disappeared in a plume of smoke.  Cecilia garbed herself in rags and slithered down the cliff her palace was perched on and silently went into the sea.

Description: Cecilia was a queen of the ancient city of Lemuria who made a deal with a demon out of pure desperation to save her people and city from an ancient beast known as the Chiton.  Now she swims in the tropics awaiting her masters infernal commands.  Though she doesn't usually use her power, when she does it's usually to fatten up, inflate, or otherwise expand women she wants to have sex with, but then while she's expanding her new toy the same expansion happens to her.
