Hunters Task 1 - Gaia's Flight Collab

Maran strolled over to the white pokemon what had been also briefed on their first task, and figured they may as well collaborate. She fit the description of the girl Zar’roc had talked about...perhaps... “Ahhh, pardon me, but would you happen to be madam Pandora?”

Pandora turned to face the speaker, and with a small smile replied “Yes I am Dearie~ And you are?”

Maran gave a short bow before straightening up again. "My name is Maran, of Team Gaia's Flight. It's nice to meet you."

"A pleasure to meet you Dearie~" she repeated Maran's action. "I am of Team Adroit...well I am the only member as of now." she gave a light chuckle. "I have never seen a bird like you before, especially one who knows my name." her ears slightly perked up. "Have I met you before?"

"Well, not really." Maran said. "I am in the Hunter's Guild, and Zar'roc told me about you. My team mate and I live in the house that Marie built for Zar'roc after helping build the house. You are the woman he proposed to!"

Pandora listened as she spoke and nodded in understanding. Though she felt a heat rise to her muzzle when she uttered her last sentence. "Yes I was Dearie." She sheepishly smiled. "It is very kind of him to let you both stay there~" She straightened up. "Then I assume you are also here to accomplish the task or tasks given to our guild?" she asked

"Ah, yes I am indeed. First we shall make fliers though, and then I am told that we will be briefed on our second assignment." Maran said. A small yellow sandshrew came charging toward the pair of ladies, tripped, and tumbled past them. "And there....is my partner." Maran said almost reluctantly.

"You are correct Dear~" she moved to the side as the tumbling yellow ball passed them. "Oh." she walked towards said partner. "Are you alright Dearie?" she lowered her head towards the sandshrew.

"Oh yea, I'm fine! You shoulda seen the time a house fell on me!" Digi said, and got back onto his feet.

"A house?" she exclaimed to herself. Then again he is a sandshrew. She quickly regained her composure and extended her paw. "You are a strong one then. What is your name Dearie?~"

"Oh, my name's Digi!" He said and quickly shook her paw. "So, whats your name miss?"

She smiled. What a cute little thing. "My name is Pandora Dearie~ Are you going to help us with the flyers?"

"Oh yeah! I dunno about designs, but I can get them all over!" Digi said, and raised an arm high into the air. "Count on it!"

Pandora chuckled to herself. "Then Miss Maran and I shall design the posters then." she smiled. "Let us pick up some supplies then Dearies~."

"Oh man, we're gonna get paint!" Digi said excitedly.

Maran walked over and scooped Digi up. "Thats right. We're going to make a nice design for everyone that will help them trust mister statue."

"Okay, so....how do we start?" Digi asked.

"Just need some paper and paint, then we can get started~" Pandora stated cheerfully as she went ahead and grabbed the supplies for them all. She had some rolls of paper which were held by her tail and the painting materials hovered near her in a dark aura. "We just need a table.." she scouted a bit and soon found one close by and placed the supplies on it. "There~"

Maran pulled up a seat and sat down, staring at the papers and pondered what to put on them. "I suppose we'll first have to pinpoint exactly why people are afraid of him."

"You mean besides him being huge, strong, and went on a rampage when he first woke up?" Digi asked after he scrambled onto the table.

"I believe it is the rampaging is what has most on edge.." she pondered as she mindlessly painted the golem. "But we have been briefed of all the good he could bring." her ears perked. "Hmmm.." she continue painting a chibi-like regigigas.

"So...how about we talk about how he's been helping us rebuild?" Maran asked.

"Well, there's still that we don't know what triggered the attack." Digi said.

"And as of now it has been said that he is seemingly harmless." as Maran mentioned the rebuilding of the city, she added a plank of wood so now it seems that it was off to rebuild. "A catchy slogan would make this doodle more appealing.." she sheepishly laughed as she set down the paint brush.

"Catchy..." Digi mused on what was generally catchy and related to labor. Those two didn't often mesh.

"Or we could simply paint all the good deeds he has done for us so far? And also what the researchers say he is capable of.." she picked up the brush once again with her dark pulse.

"That would be ideal." Maran said. "After all, he also contains knowledge that could benefit all of Andalusst greatly!"

Pandora continued her doodling of the golem performing tasks beneficial for the citizens of Andulusst. "We can also spread the word as we post up the fliers~" she smiled as she set down the brush.

"Yes, we can all spread the fliers!" Maran said. "Without pasting them to peoples faces." She added looking down at Digi. "Or screaming at others for being scared of him."

"Hey I climbed his leg, I know whats up!" Digi said. "Also it was only a suggestion."

Pandora chuckled at the two. "I assume you are his caretaker?" she asked.

"Well yes. I encountered him two years ago, and since then...well, I looked after him." Maran said. "I don't know how he got by on his own, but he's a pretty hardy kid."

"Naw, I'm just awesome." Digi said and puffed out his chest. "You were a school teacher. Why'd ya follow me anyway?"

"Oh, lone child wandering into town and leaving after a few days...I didn't think you'd get very far but...you did and I kept following you." Maran said. "A rather abrupt way to get out of a job also."

"At first a worry and now you see what he is making of himself." She hovered a poster at a decent position. "Digi would you be a Dear and stick the poster onto the wall?" They made quite a few posters. " I do applaud you Miss Maran~ You care for a child that is not of your blood but I see you have quite the affection for him." She smiled towards Maran.

Maran sighed but smiled back at Pandora. "Well, as a teacher, it's my job to look after the young, but I appreciate it." Digi took a poster, and smearing an adhesive onto it's back, hopped off the table and scaling the wall, smacked the flyer onto the wall.

"Though you are no longer a teacher Dear." She passed another poster for Digi to hang. "Hmm..I hope these help." She was referring to the posters.

"Well, we're just doing our job." Maran said picking the other posters up with Psychic, and pasting a few onto other walls. "I can still be a teacher to Digi, even if he isn't the best study. His math skills are horrid."

Pandora chuckled. "I would be in the same category for math. I never went to school, well our village didn't have them. The males were taught to become guards of the village or of the higher class. While the women usually were left to the domestic side of things." She didn't seemed bothered by it at all. "Just a couple more left and our task is complete~"

Maran frowned a bit at this bit of news, Digi running off to hand out his remaining fliers to passing strangers. "Well, I could give you a few lessons. You may not be a child, but you are willing to learn, which is good enough."

Pandora gave it a moments thought. "That is very kind of you~ I wouldn't mind a few lessons." She smiled. "Maybe you could teach my daughter a few things one day." She looked towards Digi's direction to see if he was coming back yet.

Digi hadn't returned yet, but Maran looked rather happy. "Oh, your daughter? Yes, I am perfectly willing to help your daughter learn as well."

Pandora nodded, "She's just a young Phantump do I'm sure she'll be open to being taught~"

Maran pasted her last flier onto the wall and nodded. "Shall we be doing full courses then, or just math?" Maran asked. Digi finally came running back without any fliers his hand.

"I wouldn't mind full courses as long as you have time Dearie~" she smiled. Her ears perked when she saw Digi. "I believe we have accomplished our task then."

"We sure did!" Digi said. "People took the fliers, but I made sure they wanted them first." Digi said and gave a sideways glances at Maran.

"That is very polite of you Dear." She commended.

Digi grinned and placed a paw to his chest. "Why thank you!"

"You'll be having some company with your lessons from now on Digi." Maran said and patted his head. "Pandora and her daughter will be joining us."

Pandora chuckled. "Yes we shall be~ Although the lessons will have to wait a bit my Dear."

"Of course. Shall we go back for our reward?" Maran asked.

Pandora nodded, "let's~" she led them back to the guild where they claim their reward.

There were two rewards available, slip of paper dubbed the a Hunters Code 1 and a card called the Hunter Access Permissive.

Pandora decided to choose the second item mentioned. "I wonder what it is for.." She asked to herself as she retrieved it.

"Well then, I'll take the Hunter code." Maran said and picked up the scrap of paper. "If it's number one...then that means there are others, perhaps a whole sequence."

"You could be right Dearie." She nodded.

"Well, I suppose we'll find out later!" Maran said. "They both seem important anyway."

"They do. Hopefully nothing destructive at least!" She smiled and put away the reward in her cloak.

"Well, if it is destructive, I'll put it to good use." Maran assured her. "Now, let's see what they have as our second task..."
