Shiranui reincarnate, Amaterasu.
Cryaotic started a new playthrough of the "classic" game Okami recently.
While I wasn't really a fan of it at the start, it's starting to grow on me.
I'm not really one to draw wolves, because I don't believe I'm particularly good at it, but I really like how this one turned out.
I changed up a few things from the reference image I used, because I didn't really like how they looked...
I also "made up" the designs on the flying disk above her back because I couldn't find any clear reference images of it.
Ah, Amaterasu is so pretty.
On a different note, it's that time of the year again.
Every winter, I always have this problem where my fingers start to swell up.
And of course it never happens to my left hand; it always plagues my dominant hand.
I need to draw with this hand damnit.
Ah well.
It's not bad at the moment, hopefully it'll stay that way.
Materials: HB 0.7 mechanical pencil, Faber Castell and Derwent coloured pencils.
