I feel as if this would be a good time to say something important. Please, please do not submit an app before it has been approved. Seriously. This is a big problem, I let you guys submit because I trusted that you would wait and get the apps checked first, which only a few of you have done (Apps are automatically accepted because of my settings) and I don't want to turn it off. We have people submitting faulty apps and such, and it's not funny. It's a hassle to remove the work, then check it, then put it back in, so please just wait. Anyway, there are some submission rules.

The winner's owner surprised us with her unique and adorable character's design, all three of us knew we wanted her to be in TR the moment we saw her *from what I know* and we got our wish. She has the fairy type incorporated into her so beautifully with her accessory. She's the cutest little thing, and her personality shines out uniquely.
