Last off Jingle as a Jigglypuff

Mostly finsihed these so I wouldn't have any sketches left of Jingle as a Jigglypuff since I've been planing to evolve him since forever.

So levels:
Fullbody (2) x3 + Shading (2) x3 + Simple BG (1) + Complex BG (2) x2 = 17 levels to Jingle
Fullbody (2) + Shading (2) + Complex BG (2) = 6 levels to Dream
Headshot (1) + Shading (2) + Complex BG (2) = 5 levels to Mity
