Rarity Doesn't Care What You Think

Here is my 2nd drawing of Rarity.  This one didn't take me as long as my 1st Rarity attempt, but she's still the toughest one for me to do with her gradient hair.  Still learning, so I'm sure there are some minor mistakes.  Hope you enjoy it anyway!
