Looking for some constructive feedback on your artwork? Welcome to the Feedback Corner, where deviants can give each other comments and receive some comments (as well as a feature) in return! :eager:

How this works

  1. Reply to the most recent comment on this journal and leave a constructive comment of at least 3 sentences. If you would rather leave a constructive comment on the actual artwork, you may do that as well. Just remember to comment here as well to let people know that feedback has been given. :D
  2. Write a new comment on this journal with the link or thumb code to an artwork you'd like some feedback on.
  3. Wait for someone to reply to your comment, and then feel free to continue on the cycle! The more feedback you leave, the more you'll receive in return, so give it a go~ :la:

Tips

Not sure what to write? Try writing one sentence each for the following things:

  • What you like most about the artwork
  • What you think the artist can improve on
  • The overall idea/feeling you received from the artwork

Feature

Everyone who participates in this round will receive a feature of their artwork from the group! :deviation: Thank you to the following deviants who left some very helpful feedback on the last round!

“That’s not the point, James.  You’ve got to get used to the way things are now; I know it’s tough, but it’ll only get harder the longer you wait, and it’s already been months.
This argument was nothing new, but Adam doubted he’d ever get used to it.  Ever since the Surveillance Revolution ended in Canada, a new, exasperating paranoia had taken hold of some of the more fragile youth: they were afraid to be out of sight.  Before the Pan-American Surveillance Agency was dissolved, their main line of propaganda defense had been to assure the public that their programs were in everyone’s best interest: because how else could they catch the bad guys?  They didn’t catch them, of course.  Not really.  Not the valuable ones.  But when you’re young and Stranger Danger feels as real as ever, the idea of having somebody always watching your back was co
Colourful Fish by DuchesseOfDusk Ananke (original story) CH 1
In this desert, there are an estimated amount of eight octillion grains of sand. Each grain of sand is significant; as equal to one part of this world as the next. Not only that, but the desert is alive and constantly moving; the same way the world is constantly changing. The chances of two sand grains meeting more than once is less than four out of a billion over the course of a thousand years. I suppose what I’m trying to say is that this desert is the world. My world. As my father once told me, “Sand cannot take shape by itself, but add water, and it becomes malleable. Fate can be such if you add the right element…"
Leap, spin, whoosh!
The sand beneath me scattered on impact, creating yet another beastly crater in the desert. The hot wind burned my cheeks as it scraped by. I looped around a set of three palm trees and a jagged boulder before dashing forward into the valley between the volcanos. Bullets whistled past me one by one as I ducked and weaved in a

I could use feedback on this one. Mainly on how it grabs your attention, the character development and personalities, and how the story is being introduced through the environment.
