Personality:  Donnatello is an emotionally cold horse that likes to distance himself from others. In his "previous life", so to say, he was a war horse. To survive, he has adapted an uncaring and brash persona as his protection. As such, he appears very devil-may-care, foolhardy and tough.

He also harbors some aggression and insecurities. Donnatello is not really a mean horse, but he can be somewhat unpredictable if you're not aware of what he has been through. Donnatello tends to have extreme reactions to things that trigger his training - such as loud bangs,  things moving out of his field of view and someone other than his usual people touching him.

Slow to trust people and to open up, but once he does, Donnatello is a magnificent and very trustworthy horse. He is a war horse after all - when needed, his nerves are pure steel, and he will protect his rider at any cost necessary. While he might not have the airiest movements or highest jumps, he is a hard worker. Don't get too close if you're unfamiliar with him, however - he is not a friendly kids pony.

Doesn't really care about other horses, seems to find them too unpredictable to his liking, and prefers to be alone. Shows signs of aggression towards other stallions especially, or any horse during feeding.

X No whips or spurs allowed near him
X When getting him ready, one must always do it in the right order - leg padding, saddle, brindle. Otherwise he will freak out
