with this "share ten facts" meme. Yes, it seems it's this time of the year again... 
Here are the rules. I have not made them myself, and I sure as heck will not come after you and enforce them

So, this is 2021
Happy New Year to everyone! So we finally made it out of 2020, which was, many of you will agree, possibly the worst year in recent memory. The CoViD19 plague changed lives all over the planet, be they directly affected by the sickness or caught up in the economic downturn and/or the frantic (and not always sensible) measures governments all over the world installed to try and curtail the worst. Not to mention that wars, cultural conflict and political unrest went on an were, contrary to our daily lives, barely slowed down by the overall situation. Honestly, we are so low right now that it is very much possible that 2021 will be the first time in over a decade (possibly since the last century) that will be considerably better than the year before. Certainly, there are always uncountable ways in which it could still be worse. But it does really not take much effort at this point to level out the dive and hopefully swing it into a badly needed upswing. Let us just all stick together and
The eternal Eclipse
Honestly, so far I do not find Eclipse all that bad. Yes it looks on my browser like something cobbled together like some 1st semester art student in Web Design 101, with the fonts all over the place and elements partially overlapping each other. A big Tut Tut for that to the programers. It is hardly the new vogué viewing experience the team seems to have hoped for, more like a gem in the rough that will need a lot of polishing before it can really shine. But after all the panic I read before I would have expected it to be much more of a nightmare. Most of the critique I have seen after the change is "where is everything" and "I have to click more". I understand that this is a big problem for people who spend their whole day on deviantArt and suffer from the disrupted work flow. But that is not me. I run with the mantra of "keep expectations low" – if you do not expect anything, it is much harder to be dissapointed. I might change my opinion when I go on to try posting art here
And the winner is...
I got one of those "You won a 100$ gift card from [random deviation]" notes. In case you have not heard of these, THEY ARE MALICIOUS SPAM. If you ever get one of these mark as spam, block the sender and never, ever click any links in it or your "gift" is some nasty malware!
Here's 4 easy ways to spot them:
- You never entered any contest, but you supposedly won something (da fuk?)
- Dubious spelling (sometimes subtle like putting the "$" behind the number instead of in front)
- The sender is never an actual dA staffer, check the list of badges to learn how to spot one (in my case they put the dA logo as part of the avatar picture… d

This is my plan for October 2019.
Like last year, I am resolved to take part in the daily drawing of an Inktober plain black and white picture inspired by the official prompt list. Twelve months ago I was suffering from life-threatening illness and a subsequent anxiety/depression so that I gave up after the first 12 days. This year is fortunately looking a lot brighter. It is still going to be a test of stamina for me, but if I am going to make it with a webcomic I simply need the practice. Let's all cross our fingers that I can see it through and grow on it.

I don't own any classics at the moment but if I had to then it would either be a '70 Chevelle,'66 Pontiac GTO convertible,or a '61 Chrysler Imperial. My family members own a bunch of classics...so no room to name!!
