Collab with reensdragon. She was the only one who ask drawing for this event and her work is awesome fav.me/d7p4v2v. Unfortunately, I don't write small story like I used to do with my other event art. Two Pokemon of mine are playing with hers' in the festival.

To tell two different Togepi in this picture, my Togepi is jolly and having piggy-dragon ride on Mudpie while her Togepi is serious and seems to be not interested in others' activities.
