As Ash grew from a young kit into a fierce warrior, her love for exploring and finding out new things never changed. She remains hungry for adventure, which is why she loves and chose the path of a warrior. Every day is a new challenge, a new day to try or learn something new.
↠Curious|| "I wonder what we happen if we touch it...?"
As an apprentice, Ash was very headstrong (not that she's not now) and often refused to do things because of the anger she had cooled inside of her. But once she became a warrior, and the anger melted away, she began to realize what the world had to offer, and be and curious about almost anything she didn't know about.
↠Brave|| "Come one! I'll distract it. Run!"
Being brave has always run in the family. Since she was made a warrior, Ash has decided that she would do her best to protect her Clan to make up for immature and un-loyal way she acted as an apprentice. However, to add on to that, being brave isn't something Ash has to think about, she has a natural instinct to protect others and make sure that they are safe. There can be exceptions though, for example, if she has a large hatred towards the cat, she will not hesitate to leave them defenseless.
↠Energetic|| "Why are you tired? Can't we go out and train more?"
Running around, hunting, and swimming has always been some of Ash's favorite things. She's always had energy, another reason she loves being a warrior. Sitting still and listening for a while is a challenge for her.
↠ Gentle|| "Come over here, I can help you find some moss for your nest"
Despite her aggressive appearance at times, Ash does have a gentler side towards some cats. Keyword, some. Just because you're a kit, doesn't mean she'll be gentle and caring towards you, though she will try her best as it is part of the warrior code to care for the young and the elders, Ash does have much more respect for elders with wisdom and kindness.
↠ Competitive|| "I bet I'll catch more prey in one hunt then you could in a whole season!"
Always striving to do her best, and even beat mostly her siblings and friends. Ash had never been known to back down from a challenge, unless of course, she finds the challenge stupid, or unsafe, not just for herself, but unsafe to the whole clan.
↠Proud|| "I think I've adapted really well to the life of a Swiftclanner!
Ashshard will forever remain proud of the achievements and lessons she has gotten and learned throughout her life. She is a fierce warrior and a proud mother, and will forever feel a satisfaction that she was able to complete her dream of finding a life long companion to love her and her kits. However, her life is still just begging, and she still has lessons to learn, and even though she can be proud of her achievements, she can often unintentionally brag about them, even though she may mean no harm.
↠Argumentative|| "Shut-up your fish-faced weasel. I KNOW what I saw, and what was there."
Though Ashshard can be gentle and loving, her fiery temper can often result in her quarreling with pretty much anyone who challenges her. Whether that someone be Mossbranch, or her clan leader.
↠ Stubborn|| "Back off...I can get along just fine without you."
Stubbornness seems to be something that has always run in the family. Even while she was heavily pregnant and barely able to move around, Ashshard rejected the help of others and stubbornly attempted to move around herself, even trying t leave camp a few times to get out into the territory.

Ashkit's mother, Halfstar, was born to a murderous rogue she-cat know as Moon. Moon lived across the mountains along a different set of clans from the valley cats. Moon, who was a warrior of Lightningclan, was known as Moonsong at the time, and had a strong hatred towards all the clans. After attempting to kill the leader, and successfully taking one of her lives, Moonsong was banished from the clan's and told she would be killed the next time any clan cat saw her. Moon's advantage was that she was huge, both her mother and father had been abnormally large cats, which had resulted in Moon being larger then the average she-cat. To make up her lack of speed, Moon had a sister, known as Mist, who was small and weak in the combat area, but she made up for it with her lightning quick reflexes and incredible speed. Together, the two she-cat's where nearly unstoppable, and began recruiting other rogues, loners and even stealing a few clan apprentices and kits, here and there. Along her plan to destroy all the clans, Moon found out she was expecting kits. Angered, but knowing that kits were the future of the group, Moon forced herself to accept the fact, and gave birth to two healthy she-kits. After the birth, Moon no longer took an intrest in her kits, and nursed them for a short period of time, before discarding them to an older she-cat who had joined Moon's group seeking protection. With to love that the older she-cat never showed Moon, the two nameless kits, grew up into normal playful and most importantly, non-murderous cats. Once the kits where of 7 moons of age, Moon took and interest in the kits, but was disgusted by how soft her offspring was, and immediately had the older she-cat killed. Immediately Halfstar, who was still at the time nameless, was put under Moon's training, while Halfstar's sister was neglected and eventually disappeared. Halfstar was trained intensively on how to fight, but never learned how to properly hunt. As she grew older, Halfstar began to realize how cold and blood thirsty she was becoming, after she had ruthlessly murdered a younger cat for stepping out of line. Unable to watch what she was becoming, the she-cat fled on a rainy night, hopping she would never again have to witness the killing of cats. Halfstar eventually came to the border of Furyclan, and immediately left, after seeing how hostile the clan could be. Eventually Halfstar came upon Dewclan's borders where she eventually joined the clan, and after moons and moons of training, becoming a warrior and earning her place in the clan, she became leader, and had 3 kits, Ashkit, Rainkit, and Reedkit, with a wonderful tom known as Birchbreeze.
▪ Youth
Ashpaw was given Icecrown as her mentor. To begin with, Ashpaw was not to thrilled, but as the two began to train, the young grey apprentice began to grow closer and closer to her mentor. Ashpaw also began to realize how rude she'd been to her brother, Reedpaw, and started to show more friendship and family love to wards him. As the weeks turned into moon's, Ashpaw began to grow closer to her mother, realizing that the neglect she had felt, had been nowhere but in her own mind. During one sunny green-leaf morning, Ashpaw went for a stroll with her mother. It wasn't a patrol or a hunt, just...a walk. The two bounded, and shared a moment for mother and daughter time, but they say that happy moment's never last forever. A fox barreled out from the undergrowth, and with a mother instinct, Halfstar jumped in front of her daughter, giving one of her lives to save Ashpaw. Though shaken at how quick it happened, Ashpaw didn't have a scratch on her, and she was once again reminded of how much her mother truly cared for her. The moons continued to spin by, and Ash grew, she grew from the angry, hot-headed kit she had been, into a stubborn, slightly less hot-headed, she-cat, and she learned to control her temper, mind she still has one, but it's not as easy to get her rallied up now. During one chilly leaf-bare day, Ashpaw was sent out by her mentor to hunt. She proceeded to wards the SwiftClan border, where she happened to surprise a young tom known as Mosspaw. The two bounded almost instantly, and as Ashpaw left, a happy feeling tingled through her. She had chosen to go back in two sunset's to meet the tom again.
▪ Adulthood
Ashpaw was given the warrior name Ashshard along with Bumblespine. Reedpaw became sick, along with many other cats from all over the territories, and was unable to attend the ceremony. Fortunately though, a cure was discovered eventually, and the Clans were able to restore themselves, and shape back into the Clans they used to be. Reedpaw received his warrior name of Reeddancer, and for a little while, Ashshard was able enjoy peace over the Clans. However, not long after the cure, FuryClan lead a horrible raid against DewClan. As a new warrior, Ashshard was still uncertain about what to do, but she was able enough to hold her ground. The fight took DewClan by surprise, and if it hadn't been for two SwiftClan warriors, more DewClanners may have died. The fight was even, until Phoenixstar ripped Halfstar to shreds. Literally. Ashshard was devastated in the death of her mother, and for a while shut everyone and everything out.
The days went by, and eventually Ashshard ran into Mossbranch by the border between the two Clans. The two spent the night together, and Ashshard was preparing herself to move to SwiftClan, when out of the blue, a mysterious cat appeared, fore-warning them that they must be patient with their love, and that in good time Ashshard would be allowed to join SwitClan and be with her mate, but for the time being, she must await for DewClan, for bigger plans lay in the future. Eventually a plan was revealed to Brookstar of DewClan, and Inkstar of SwiftClan. The two clans would come together and unite against Shinningwhisper, who was still in control over Phoenixstar, and causing chaos in the valley, killing her was the one key to peace. So the two clans, DewClan and SwiftClan, came together to fight FuryClan and take on of Phoenixstar's lives, which was the best way to summon the almighty god of the valley. Shinningwhisper appeared, and though Inkstar lost a life, the she-cat was finally killed and peace could rest over the valley finally. With that being said, Ashshard eventually moved into SwiftClan, where she still has the large lake outside the camp to swim in. Though normally new cat's joining a clan, especially cats from a different clan, were not looked highly upon and caused much suspicion amount clan-mates, Ashshard was not such, her joining with Mossbranch has brought two clan's together, and helped in the death of Shinningwhisper, creating moons of peace.
For a while, all was peaceful in the valley, and Ashshard soon learned that she was expecting kits. Over-joyed, Ashshard began to look forward to her knew life as a mother, and was settling into SwiftClan quite well. But life in the clans isn't perfect, and soon a beast, who was nicknamed, 'The Bishop', began aimlessly killing cats. Eventually the beast was ridden of, and the clan's once again fell into a time of peace, where Ashshard was able to give birth to 4 healthy kits. Berrykit, Thistlekit, Ternkit and Wildkit.

The moonlight slowly seeped it's way into the den, landing on Ashshard and turning her once beautiful pelt to silver. Her fur was ungroomed and messy, and her eyes had a confused, almost haunted look to them. Grief washed over her body under she felt her limps begin to tremble slightly. For the past couple of nights, Ashshard had barely slept, memories of Phoenixstar ripping her mother apart, filled her mind. Her Clanmates seemed to file quietly around her, unsure of what to do with the grey she-cat. A few had tried to help, but Ashshard would simply stare at them or look away. A pelt gently pressed against her, breathing deeply, Ashshard recognizes the scent of her father. "Why don't you got out for some fresh air?" Birchbreeze whispered, drawing his tongue over her head. Without a word, the warrior rose slowly to her paws and padded out of the den.
Out on the river beds, Ashshard passed numbly around, her mind was adrift and she couldn't have cared less about her safety or well being. At that momment, a thought struck her. Mosspaw! I was supposed to meet him... the she-cat perked her ears towards the border and padded closer, guilt surged through her. If only she could see Mosspaw again...

Taken from an RP with Puddlepawproductions
The moonlight slowly seeped it's way into the den, landing on Ashshard and turning her once beautiful pelt to silver. Her fur was ungroomed and messy, and her eyes had a confused, almost haunted look to them. Grief washed over her body under she felt her limps begin to tremble slightly. For the past couple of nights, Ashshard had barely slept, memories of Phoenixstar ripping her mother apart, filled her mind. Her Clanmates seemed to file quietly around her, unsure of what to do with the grey she-cat. A few had tried to help, but Ashshard would simply stare at them or look away. A pelt gently pressed against her, breathing deeply, Ashshard recognizes the scent of her father. "Why don't you got out for some fresh air?" Birchbreeze whispered, drawing his tongue over her head. Without a word, the warrior rose slowly to her paws and padded out of the den.
Out on the river beds, Ashshard passed numbly around, her mind was adrift and she couldn't have cared less about her safety or well being. At that momment, a thought struck her. Mosspaw! I was supposed to meet him... the she-cat perked her ears towards the border and padded closer, guilt surged through her. If only she could see Mosspaw again...
