Hello everyone~!
I just wanted to ask if it is possible to use paypal without having any money in your paypal account? I have money in my bank account which is linked but in my country you can't hold any money in your paypal account,it always gets auto-withdrawn to the bank account. ; o ;
Since I can't add any money to my paypal I was wondering if I could still commission artists ?? Like, if I send money will it be sent to them directly through my bank account? Or would I get an error? (My card is linked to the account as well!)

I'm opening commos for animated pecodolls.I don't know if someone would be interested or not but they're so much fun to make ! ^w^ I'll be accepting only points this time ;q;
There are two types available for this ~ (Mainly eyes)
Type A- Type B-
Bases would not be used and commissions would be made from scratch.
Animation would be really simple 2 frames ~
