CONTEST ?

I guess, but this contest is a design contest and it involves the capitals that haven't been done yet or anyone claimed them.
Of course as always, it has to be accurate, really accurate.

Your entry should :

   
    * There should be a detailed  biography and explanation.
    *If you can find a face claim for your character

    * You have to draw the character
    *He must have  casual clothes and military clothes
    and another thing

  Do not make the character similar to the country, not extremely similar

it starts from tomorrow the 20th of July and ends on 20th of September
You are allowed only TWO entries
