This is my entry in PKMNation's most recent event for a Rarity Charmander! 8D
I probably could have made a better background, but oh well. It's better than nothing XD

Sky, Cheshire, Sora, and Aya have caught the Firework thieves with the help of the rarity mander, whom...appears to be staring at Sky? No. He can't be. This is supposed to be a serious situation! Either way, looks like the Pan-Pirate Brothers aren't gonna get out of this scrap easily...
