The Drawing Competition: The Story, and The Objective:

     Finally, it is a peaceful night in Tōrōgakure. After Three years of Infighting between Clans,
the troublesome operation in Ihaigakure, the Jōnin Exams, the Civil War, and the Recent Invasion -
We have a night to ourselves, a night to enjoy the Village - To Celebrate our long list of Victories.

     The Objective: Capture the Essence of Tōrōgakure - What is Tōrōgakure to you?

     The Submission guidelines are pretty loose, but I'll include them here for convenience.

     ▣ It must take place during the 69th Festival of a Thousand Flames in Tōrōgakure.
          ▢ It is a few weeks after Arc 10, for literal time perspective.
     ▣ You must include at least FOUR Other Member's Characters in your Picture.
          ▢ However, you may get more points for including more Characters in your picture.
     ▣ You must write what Tōrōgakure is to YOU and YOUR CHARACTERS in the description. c:

And that is all there is to it!

     If you're worried about ideas, here's a sample list of 14 different activities that will be at the Festival:

     ▩ The Sake Drinking Contest at the Inn. (18 and up you naughty children!)
     ▢ The Flying lanterns at the hills by the Orphanage.
     ▩ The Dance in the Courtyard of the Akarikage's Castle.
     ▢ Party in the Hibiki District!
     ▩ The Goldfish fishing game at the small fishing pool.
     ▢ Hideaki's Story Telling.
     ▩ The Eating Contest!
     ▢ Kite Flying Tournament.
     ▩ The Sparring Tournament and the Tallest Man Joust.
     ▢ Leaving Offerings for those gone before.
     ▩ Blind Dates at the Pathway of the Lost (Please ask who you pair up first, even if just for fun. x'D)
     ▢ Security gets no Days off. (ONLY Sensory Type or Shikaku Seiei can choose this Option.)
     ▩ The Lantern Play with Fireworks. (ONLY Lantern Students can choose this Option.)
     ▢ The Various Clan Celebrations and Tournaments.
  

Judging Criteria:

     ▣ Creativity - Does it Stand out? Will be judged out of 30 points.
     ▣ Technique - Is it a Quality piece? Will be judged out of 25 points.
     ▣ Effort - Did you try your best? Will be judged out of 20 points.
     ▣ Authenticity - Is it true to Tōrōgakure? Will be Scored out of 25.
