Starry Ampharos

This is my entry for the Draw me a Pkemon contest! I call out Totodile if I win ^^

This took a lot of time but the results were worth it! ^^
The flares effect really helped me on this one, made it really shine. I guess he's in some sort of space :3
Also how the star things blur and focus making it look like there's distance going on was accidental I have no idea how I did it but it looks super cool to me! I'll mess with it later!
