Since he's a male and displays Carey, he'll have nutritional problems and chronical lack of calcium, which may lead to horn fragmenting. Nutritional supplements will do him good.
His 'wing' horns shouldn't be grown as big as Smaug's ones, to avoid severe muscular problems.
