When you turned around, a young girl about your age stood behind you. She had platinum blonde hair with a white bow stuck on top of it. She wore a somewhat old-fashioned dark, blue dress and black stockings with shoes to match.

She walked over and at the other end of the bench. “Pryvitannie*, what are you doing out here?” the girl asked you. In your head, you tried to pinpoint the slight accent in her voice.

“Oh, I just… sort of ran away from home,” you mumbled in reply. She sighed.

“Any particular-“ she paused for a moment. “What’s with the (h/c) ears and tail?”

Now it was your turn to sigh. “Born that way.” You shrugged.

“I’m assuming that’s why you ‘ran away from home’, then,” she replied. You nodded in response. “Well, that’s how life is. Sometimes it’s great, sometimes it sucks.”

You shrugged again. “You don’t say much, huh?” she said, “Well, might as well make introductions. I am Natalya.”

You glanced at her and finally spoke. “I’m (f/n).”

“Alright. So I’m assuming that since you ran away, you have no place to stay,” Natalya assumed.

“Yeah, that seems about right,” you said in response.

“I think you can stay in my house. Of course, I have a big brother and big sister, but I’m sure they won’t mind.” The blonde girl stood and motioned for you to follow. You stood and complied.

Once you arrived at the house, Natalya went inside with you. “Big Brother, Big Sister, I have a guest with me,” she called. You heard two pairs of feet hurrying to where the two of you were.

Soon, two other people stood before you. One of them was a woman who looked a couple years older than Natalya and had short blonde hair, wore blue coveralls, and had very large breasts.

“(F/n), this is my sister, Yekaterina,” she said. She then leaned closer to you and whispered, “And those huge things are not fake.”

Yekaterina smiled brightly at you and shook hands with you. “It’s very nice to meet you, (f/n) ~!” You smiled at her enthusiasm.

The other person was a young man who was rather tall. He, too, had a blonde hair color, wore an overcoat and pink scarf.

Natalya didn’t say anything, but instead gazed at him lovingly. Ivan looked a little uneasy from that look, but nonetheless, shook your hand with a grin.

“Privet*, sunflower. My name is Ivan,” he said happily. After Natalya snapped out of it, she explained your situation to the others and they gladly took you in.

“Stay as long as you’d like, (f/n),” Yekaterina said, “Dinner’s ready, if you’d like some!”

“Sure, that sounds good,” you replied, a small smile evident on your face. The three of them lead you to the kitchen, where a nice dinner was served and conversation was made.

You found that the three of them were each born in different countries. Yekaterina was native to Ukraine, Ivan was born in Russia, and Natalya grew up in Belarus.

They each told you a little about their home country, which became very interesting and before you knew it, dinner had finished. You stood to help out.

“(F/n), you just sit down, and we’ll take care of everything, da?” he told you. You nodded and slowly sat down again, feeling a little awkward.

After a while, Natalya and Yekaterina came up to you. “We can show you to your room if you’d like,” the older sister said with a grin.

“Alright,” you said, following the two girls. They opened one of the doors, which opened to a large room. The walls were painted a cream color, and the sheets were a light pink. The curtains were a nice red to top it all off.

“Thank you so much, it looks amazing,” you said, your tail swishing behind you.

“Don’t mention it, alright?” murmured Natalya.

~Timeskippy~

It had been ten months since you had moved in with Natalya and her family. Overtime, your shyness disappeared and was replaced with enthusiasm and cheerfulness. It felt nice to be laughing and smiling again. You’d even begun to be thankful for your cat ears and tail, something you thought you’d never do.

However, as much as you’d enjoyed yourself staying here, you also didn’t want to cause more trouble to them. When they went out with you, you’d gotten yourself and the others stared at, judged, and sometimes discriminated.

So what did you do? You began to search for a job and maybe even a small apartment for yourself. And as of a few days ago, you had both.

You had gone in for a job interview for (random job) and found an apartment that had decent amounts for payments. You’d gotten accepted for the apartment and did a good job on the interview.

When you told the three about it, they seemed very happy for you, but a little sad to see you go at the same time. The one who didn’t say anything was Natalya. She just stood with a blank expression on her face, unable to speak.

Right now, you had a small backpack with your clothes and belongings, ready to make the decision of moving final.

‘I don’t have to move, I can just keep the job…’ you thought to yourself, thinking back to the disappointed and hurt look on Natalya’s face. You stood at her bedroom door, contemplating whether or not you should enter. You took a deep breath and opened the door.

“Natalya?”

She was on her bed, sharpening one of the knives she used. She looked up at you and set it down.

“What is it? Shouldn’t you have moved out by now, or is this another good bye?”

“Well, actually…”

~*PLEASE READ*~

After a lot of debate on whether this should be yuri (girl’s love) or not, I decided I wouldn’t make it yuri… but make it yuri. With this and the rest of the Hetalia females (except Liechtenstein), two endings will be added. One titled “Yuri Ending” (for those who wanted some light girlxgirl) and one titled “Non-Yuri Ending” (for those who are uncomfortable with reading girlxgirl things; however, it's not strong yuri, just fluff)

~*~*~*~*~

                                                                                               ~ Non-Yuri Ending ~

“…I decided I should stay here…” you said, tossing the apartment notice at the floor. “You can cut it up if you want. I’ll just tell them a change of plans was made or something.”

Natalya stood and picked up the piece of paper. “Are you sure? Why are you making this decision?”

“Because, you guys are like my family now. I never really had a family, but you all made it seems like I’ve been a part of yours since the day I was born. Especially you.”

At the mention of herself, she looked confused. You continued, “You’re the one who offered me a place to stay, taught me other things, made faces or threatened anyone who tried teasing me, and a lot of other things. You’re like my big sister, Natalya…”

She smiled slightly at you and hugged you for a moment. The two of you ran downstairs, and you announced that you decided to stay with the three of them.

Ivan and Yekaterina grinned cheerfully, and all of you hugged for a long while.

This is where you belonged; part of a family.

                                                                                             ~ Yuri Ending ~
(A/N: I had to read a few yuri stories to do this, please excuse me if it’s terrible)

“…I came to tell you that… that…” You blushed slightly at what you were about to say. “I love you.”

“Well, I love you, too, you can go now.”

“No, I mean… I-have-a-crush-on-you type love.”

Natalya’s deep blue eyes dilated for a moment, surprised at the statement. “I just didn’t know if you would return the feelings… didn’t know if you went ‘that way’,” you said quietly. “But your just so brave and tough and beautiful, I can’t help it…”

The blonde stood there for a moment, trying to process all the information. You stood there awkwardly, staring at your shoes. After what seemed like years, she cleared her throat and went up to you. She lifted your head up and kissed your lips softly.

She parted the kiss and flushed a deep crimson. “I felt something for you, too, (f/n),” she said, petting the ears at the top of your head, “I just didn’t know what it was.”

The two of you smiled lovingly at each other. “So… I take it you’re staying?”

“Yes, Natalya,” you replied, kissing her nose. She hugged you close, not wanting to let go.

“Ja liubliu ciabie*, (f/n) ~”
