First summon

A little less than 14 hours. Colored pencil + fine liner pens. My scanner app elongated it a little bit but overall a pretty decent scan.

Ffx is one of the first rpgs I've ever played and the beautiful story line and characters will always have a special place in my heart. Particularly yuna, one of my favorite characters of all time. Beautiful and kind, I was captivated by her character when I played as a pre-teen and I thought she was the most adorable thing and then I leveled her up into a crazy summoner and kicked butt :3. Next to her is her first summon, Valefor. Her first summon and contact with the spirits mirroring my first experience and great graphics and the world of video games. So much nostalgia and escapism from real life put into this character. So many of my days put into building her up in game, and even to this day I regret none of it.

I've put a lot of effort into trying to draw her in the past, but slowly but surely I'd like to say that I'm getting better at it and hopefully I can continue and later on make something great that will do her character justice . Until then, here's a good try. I've been rusty but it was fun.
