Curious | Her curiosity often gets the best of her. Sometimes it can beneficial, sometimes it can lead to misfortunes
Loyal | Her loyalty and passion in friendships can be strong. She'll most likely stick with you to the end.
Gullible | You could tell her something kind of outlandish and she's probably going to believe it.
Absent-minded | She can get easily lost in thought, so it's hard to get her to focus on much. Though, this lets her think deeply on things, and have self-reflection.
Kind | Ilana's super friendly and understanding. She's always open for new friends.

Biography

     Ilana was born and raised by her mother, Brea, who she has loved immensely, without a doubt. Ilana and her mother had a close relationship. Without her father, (who has died before Ilana was born) Brea was the only one there for her. In fact, when she became 6 months old, her mother tutored Ilana herself. This worked out perfectly, and Ilana learned many things. Her mother, who was an amazing hunter herself, taught the young she-cat how to hunt, and took her out to explore the territory around them. This went on for about a month.
    However, Ilana didn't feel right, following the path of becoming a Hunter. She felt as if there was something else she should be, but what? Don't get me wrong—She found hunting to be an enjoyable career. But at the end of the day, she was left with an unsatisfied feeling deep in her soul. Then, one time she began to realize her deep interest in their history, about themselves and those who have passed. But this only confused her more, unfortunately.
    She wandered in this uncertainty for a some time. She spoke with her mother about this, who pondered for a bit before telling her daughter to be patient, and the answers will eventually come on their own. Brea later suggested that she should talk about it with the Soothsayer. However, the Soothsayer told Ilana the same thing her mother did. Wait, and all things will come into place.
    
    One day came where Ilana, Brea, and an un-named guard went out to hunt for prey. Ilana soon found a lizard, but before she could get to it, the wall right next to her suddenly gave in, tumbling down to bury her. However, both the guard and Brea came to her rescue. Her mother picked Ilana up and flung over to the guard, and was quickly engulfed in giant rocks and piles of dirt before she could escape. What started as a hunting lesson swiftly turned into a tragedy. The newly-made orphan grieved for days. She hardly slept, and when she did, she had nightmares of her mother dying and getting crushed before her eyes.
    A week after her death, Ilana fell asleep one night, and opened her eyes to a somewhat starry cave. She soon realized she was dreaming, which seemed kind of weird. A voice spoke behind her, calling her by name. Ilana turned around and saw her deceased mother, and immediately ran over and hugged her, sobbing. They spoke for a while, and Brea told her that she was right, and that the path of a hunter wasn't hers. She brought her to a giant, translucent crystal, and they knelt down next to it. Ilana looked into the crystal, and noticed her reflection shifting. Within moments, her reflected image turned into the Soothsayer's. She realized what this meant, and woke up, immediately going over to visit the Soothsayer, eager to share her dream.

    Ilana soon became the Soothsayer's apprentice, completing many tasks in her training. She felt satisfied with this career, and was happy to be able to learn more about their ancestors, and even about themselves.
    One time she was with the Soothsayer, who was eating their breakfast. Ilana realized the lizard her mentor was to eat was actually poisonous, (something she learned from her mother ;D) and she promptly stopped them from eating it. In addition to saving the Soothsayer's life, she completed one of the main tasks of becoming a Soothsayer.
    As for her month-long journey of traveling outside of the city, it wasn't too difficult. Hunting for food and water was easy, thanks to her earlier hunting lessons. But it was kind of lonely. Without company, the month felt like years. If it were, however, she probably would have gone insane from the isolation. Despite this, it was nice to get away from the liveliness of the city and take some time to reflect on life and ponder on things.
    By the time Ilana's journey was over, this habit of day-dreaming somewhat stuck with her. Nonetheless, it was the final part of her training and she was ready to become an official Soothsayer.

    Time went on, and soon the Soothsayer passed away, leaving Ilana to officially fill in the role. She's happy with her career, and has long since healed from the loss of her mother. Now Ilana lives her peaceful life in the New Age city, observing the cats around her, and keeps herself aware of anything their ancestors might have in store for them. And hopefully, she'll be able to build friendships along the way.

    Ilana groggily rose from her deep sleep. She stood up and peeked outside, rubbing her eyes sleepily. The feline shivered a little, noticing the amount of shades of yellow and orange growing in the crystals. "The color's beginning to shift..." She murmured, "No wonder it's growing so cold..." Ilana quickly grabbed a small, thin blanket ((assuming those exist here lD)) and wrapped it around herself before sitting down near the entrance of her home. She stared at a near by crystal, lost in thought, suddenly wondering about the past of the underground cats, and about the crystals and their peculiar ability to change color every few months. It was something she often thought about, and maybe that's kind of weird. She's never discussed it with anyone. Oh well, She thought. Perhaps we'll know eventually. All answers will come on their own, right?
